Waterfront house in South Ft Myers on Whiskey creek

Wanna go fishing? Some of the best Snook fishing in the area right in the backyard. Nestled on Whiskey Creek with a 8,000 lb boat lift ready to go. Will fit up to a 24' boat. This is an original 1950's waterfront house with direct access to the Caloosahatchee River and the Gulf of Mexico. Within 15 minutes of the Boston Red Sox & Minnesota Twins spring training facilities . Also 15 - 20 minutes from Sanibel Island, Ft Myers Beach and historic downtown Ft Myers. This house is all decked out for waterfront vacations. The property has a 8,000 lb boat lift to accommodate up to a 24' boat. House also has tiki hut with plenty of waterfront seating. Also we can provide kayaks with all accessories to enjoy the back waters of Whiskey creek. The house is fully furnished with whatever you could need. Won't last long last waterfront house available this season. The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with 2 other rooms with pullout beds. Could accommodate up to 6 adults and children.

Rob as a great host. We liked him so much we invited him over to hang out for a bit and did and we all had a great time. Property is nice. We enjoyed fishing off the doc. Will definitely recommend and use again ourselves.

Host was very welcoming and helpful with good recommendations for area restaurants. Huge TV in the living room and nicely decorated. House was a perfect location for us and we really enjoyed sitting outside in the warm weather soaking in the sunshine. Even saw a dolphin swimming in the channel behind the house!

Perfect location!

We really enjoyed our five days here. We have stayed on Sanibel Island two other times but decided on Ft Myers this time. The location was perfect for going to the beaches at Sanibel and touring around the area. The house was very clean and even better in person than in the photos.

Your place was extremely clean and well supplied with anything we needed; plus, you were very helpful. The entry door was easy to operate, the TV/WiFi worked flawlessly. Fixture and finish updates were very nice. Shopping was convenient. We enjoyed the canal view. We felt lucky to find your place.

Great place to stay, canal view was awesome.

Great location, wonderful place to stay, owners were quick to respond and great to visit with. The view from the back deck was amazing, watched fish, otters and birds everyday.

Older property but all newly remodeled in a quiet neighborhood. Met our needs very well. Overall, very happy with the accommodations. The property owner was very pleasant to work with and prompt in answering questions.
