Our family of four had a fantastic stay at this newly built, beautiful home. Very comfortable accommodations, amazing views of the bay (with plenty of wildlife), and a location situated perfectly between Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. In the heart of everything but in very quiet Punta Rassa. We found ourselves loving rotating between Sanibel Island, Forty Myers Beach and just hanging out on the spacious deck enjoying cooking at the house.

We were very pleased with our stay. The waterfront view was great - sunsets, ocean birds, assortment of boats going by. Covered parking was nice to have. The house was new and clean.There is not a lot of outside play area - but it does have two deck areas with tables and chairs and easy access to Sanibel or Ft. Myers.The only small "cons" are that curtains or blinds are needed on the waterfront side - not only for privacy but to ease the sun glare on the living room tv in the afternoon/early evening and the traffic noise from the community is fairly high..but those are easily solved cons or easily ignored!

This property was much more than we expected. It was beautifully appointed with very comfortable furnishings and beds. The location was perfect for us, near Sanibel Island and Fort Meyers with grocery stores and beaches within a minutes' drive. The little details such as extra soft sheets and plush towels were appreciated. Most of all, the amazing second story porch, with which surrounds the entrance and the Gulf facing bedroom, provided for outdoor dining and the sound of waves throughout the night for a relaxing night's sleep. My only suggestion would be to alert guests for the need to bring sleeping masks as the east facing bedrooms were quite bright in the morning.
