What We Offer:
    •    Pet-Friendly (any size with pre-approval ) – Bring your furry friend along for a spa getaway! A licensed pet stylist is on-site to pamper your pet while you pamper yourself. Private entrance & bathroom
    •    Private Jacuzzi & dry Sauna not shared– Step right outside your room to enjoy your own jacuzzi in winter Jacuzzi in the summer ice jacuzzi and the next door down enjoy the dry sauna, perfect for unwinding in a peaceful setting. No shoes allowed in sauna room. The sauna takes about 10 minutes to warm up and you can connect to Bluetooth for your music
We will be offering a COLD PLUNGE TUB in may Includes 2-4 ICE bags. Per stay.
    •    Spacious One-Bedroom Suite – Your suite features a private master bathroom, shower and tub with a shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser. There is complimentary toiletries in case you forget something! There is a small spa fridge in bathroom for you to store any medication and it is stocked with complimentary face masks, perfect for your skin care! There is a coffee maker and coffee pods/tea , cream and sugar for when you wake up. the Roku t.v. is attached to the wall for pet safety. On the table under the tv sits a small refrigerator filled with complimentary snacks and water bottles. There is a microwave on top of refrigerator. In the drawer there are paper plates and plasticware. All glassware is plastic for you to enjoy your beverages safely around the jacuzzi. Listen to your favorite music via Bluetooth on the jukebox. At the end of your relaxing day, crawl into the comfortable bed to watch t.v., There is also a massager in the drawer for your convenience. In the closet, there are hangers, an iron and extra pillow and an extra blanket. There are complimentary snacks and candy for you to enjoy! The 80’s themed room has a gum ball machine, Rubik’s cube and other toys.
On the wall, there are flyers from local restaurants and attractions.
    •    Nature & Serenity – Our property is set on a beautiful natural preserve with fruit trees, including mango, avocado, ginger, and aloe, all grown on-site.
With advanced notice, there’s room for a boat or RV to park. Only a half a mile away from your stay there is a Free Boat slip.

This was one of my best, most fun VRBO experiences ever. ever. I booked this stay sort of last minute, not expecting much, but WOW did Gina impress. This is a person who goes above and beyond in every aspect, simply because they care. The room was clean and well kept. The hottub was amazing, the sauna was cherry on top. Overall, the stay felt extremely private. You can tell the host goes the extra mile to insure your comfort, and when I say extra mile, I mean EXTRA MILE. From the snacks, to her bringing us breakfast, to her generally just knowing how to respect other people, this was exceptional. I plan on coming back, and have raved about my stay to everyone who will listen. and Gina, your kindness and compassion has touched my heart! thank you for everything!

I do not recommend staying at this property due to serious safety concerns. I ended my stay early because I felt unsafe in the home. The host drinks heavily on a daily basis, which created an uncomfortable and unpredictable environment. More concerning, the host crossed personal boundaries and made inappropriate comments, including inviting guests to sleep in her bed. Additionally, a disturbing statement was made about having “cages for women,” which was alarming and contributed to my decision to leave immediately. Regardless of intent, this type of comment is completely inappropriate and unacceptable in a hosting situation. This is not simply a matter of preference—this is about personal safety and boundaries. I would strongly caution anyone considering this property, especially since the host lives on-site. The room itself was clean, however the hosts home, where she is providing food for you, From has dog urine and feces on the floor. When my friend went to get ice, she actually stepped in dog feces. I hope this review helps others make an informed and safe decision.

This little "Old Florida" style private tropical paradise is one of the nicest gems we've ever booked on the VRBO site.Gina and her staff were welcoming and most helpful. The bed very comfortable, linens all new, hot tub and sauna clean, pet friendly. Close to all shopping, good restaurants, activities including the Manatee park.Many thanks for making our stay a delight. Will be returning next year!

Host lives in the home, the “suite” is a room with a bathroom, that is attached to the home with a room behind the wall your headboard is on, there is a door in the room that goes into the home that you can literally hear everything going on in there home, there is a window facing the hot tub that is NOT covered with a sheet or anything to prevent someone from seeing you if they peek out the window, whoever is in the home, which happened to us, someone peeked out the window at me and my partner, there is no way to control air/heat in that room there is just a fan, the window has no curtain so there is a glare on the tv during the day, so dont plan on watching tv during the day, the sauna has a red room theme, and which is NOT shown, with handcuffs and everything in there, if its your thing cool but why would someone want to use those kind of things from someone else, again nowhere is that described in the add about the sauna room, the door itself has a missing piece on it, while your sitting outside the door on the little patio area if the host or anyone is on the screened in porch they can see you, its not private, maybe if your a single person just passing through or just adventuring out by yourself this could maybe work but for a couple you’ll have more privacy at a hotel with a jaccuzi tub

We were incredibly satisfied with our stay. Everything was as listed and contact with the host was excellent, check in process so easy and the view and vibes were amazing, great location to unwind and destress. The hot tub and dry sauna were perfect caps to an unforgettable stay. Highly recommend and will be back.

Gina our host is a one of a kind! She will meet every and any need you may have. She is extremely familiar with all things local. We had a great stay, and happily made new friends. This is a truly unique Florida style experience.
