Pool cage screen, has frame-less, panels to ensure a clear view of the gorgeous Lake view. This lovely 2300 sq. ft. Home with HEATED year round, pool & spa, pet friendly, will ensure your vacation will be one you will enjoy In beautiful southwest Cape Coral on a large lake with breathtaking view and beautiful landscaping on an over sized lot with lots of privacy. This home features a king owners, bedroom with, Comcast cable, smart TV and direct access to pool lanai. The queen bedroom has private on-suite bathroom also with Comcast cable, smart TV. Third bedroom with twin beds, TV plus, bath.

The home is furnished in modern contemporary style with wide-open kitchen and sliders to the pool area that opens the entire house, up to a great room concept. With open sight lines to be engaged with all your family and friends. For your entertainment the home features a Foosball table, and Comcast cable, smart TV in the family room as well as a Comcast cable, smart TV in the living room where you can relax on the Stress-less recliner. The lanai also has a pool toy box with plenty of toys to enjoy the hot Florida sun in a refreshing pool. If you want to explore the neighborhood, five bicycles are supplied in the garage. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The desire for our stay to be great was very much shown by her.We didn't want for anything but more time.All accommodations were plentiful. There wasn't a room that had a detail overlooked.

Had a great stay at this beautiful home in Cape Coral. Sondra went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. This house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need or want. Super comfortable beds. The location is private and peaceful. Pool heated to perfection. It has a open concept layout and fabulous views of the lake. Listing is exactly as advertised. Thanks for hosting a great stay Sondra and Bob.

I can’t thank Sondra and Bob enough, the villa was amazing and the amenities were perfect. The owners kept in contact with us and gave plenty of information about the area, where to dine, and what to see while we vacationed. We did our 30th anniversary vow renewal on the patio and it was perfect. If you decide to see beautiful Cape Coral let me suggest staying here, you can’t beat it.

This property is amazing, from the moment you walk in you notice the amazing lake views and cleanliness. Communication with the property manager was fast and efficient. The property has everything you will need. My family loved the house layout and pool and hot tub. I would highly recommend this house for a quiet peaceful getaway.

Staycation!

Little drive from Tampa for the 4th of July weekend. Was hopeful to hit the nearby beaches but the iffy weather kept us at this lovely villa where there was really no need to leave. Gorgeous fireworks visible over the big lake. Pool and jacuzzi made it an easy choice to stay in and hit the beaches on our next trip down!

Well equipped home - I have never stayed in home that has so much to offer. Excellent communication - quick response to all of our questions and changes. Pool is spacious, clean, and extremely private. Lake view is beautiful. We really can't recommend this house enough!

Making lifetime memories

Well to start the stay was amazing!!! From pulling up to the well maintained lawn. Open the front door nothing but glass windows view was beautiful. Then the well laid out house and it how clean it was and how they have everything.Highly recommend my family made a life time worth of memories!!! Also the bed were amazing everyone slept very well!!!

Paradise in Cape Coral

This was one of the best vacation rentals I have ever experienced. The owner was wonderful to work with, providing clear instructions and great recommendations for the area. The house was everything and more. Outside of the beautiful landscape, pool, and hot tub, the rental was very well furnished with everything you could need or want at your disposal. I can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect!

This home was spotlessly clean and impeccably maintained. Perfect for my husband and I for the week. The furnishings and decor were lovely, and the dishes and cookware were high end. Pool and hot tub were great. Beds extremely comfortable. Definitely one of the nicest places we've ever stayed.

We had a wonderful time at Sondra and Bob’s Villla. Their place was immaculate and had everything we needed. The weather was perfect so we spent the week outside in the pool area. Fabulous House!

Beautiful home with wonderful views. It’s located in a very quiet, friendly residential neighborhood, close to restaurants and beaches.The house was better than in the pictures. Very clean with modern appliances in the kitchen. It includes everything and more that you’ll need for a relaxing vacation. Kayaks, fishing poles, beach chairs, coolers, games etc.Sondra gave us a bunch of great tips about hidden gems around Cape Coral. Cannot ask for a better host.
