Breakers West, Unit B-1 is a spacious, two bedroom, two bathroom residence at the highly sought after Breakers West community that's only 100 yards to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! Less than a 2 minute walk - we've timed it!

This non-smoking condo has tons to offer. Two bedrooms, two full baths - both bathrooms fully renovated in the last year! A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and everything guests need to make themselves at home. In-condo laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Unlimited wi-fi included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and umbrella are all provided for guest use. The master bedroom has a king bed, the guest bedroom has two twin beds, and both bedrooms have TVs. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. And guests can relax on the lanai overlooking the pool and lush green landscaping. Being an end unit, B-1 has extra windows allowing tons of extra sunlight.

Breakers West is sure to impress through it's immaculately kept condition and fantastic location and amenities. It is a three story building with only 18 privately owned condos nestled among palm trees and hibiscus on beautifully manicured grounds. Its limited number of units and location on West Gulf Drive contributes to an uncrowded and relaxing vacation. The complex offers a heated swimming pool, BBQ grills and is conveniently located very close to the bike paths of Sanibel. And don't forget to check out the stars on the beautiful rooftop deck!

Sanibel Island offers amazing bike paths, the Ding Darling wildlife refuge, golf courses, shopping, and of course fantastic restaurants! Come and enjoy the low-key, relaxed island vibe!

There will be one assigned parking space. There is also guest parking available on a first come, first served basis. No trailers or RVs allowed.

On-island management available during business hours, and 24/7 by phone, to assist with your check-in, check-out and questions or concerns during your stay. Host is also available by phone, text, or email and is very responsive to any questions you may have about things to do, places to eat, or any other concerns.

No smoking allowed indoors, on our lanai, or anywhere except in the property's designated smoking area. We cannot accommodate pets per the rules of the condo association.

Short walk to beach! Unit very clean with sweet touches from the host/cleaning staff. Only thing we didn’t like was unscheduled bug man trying to access our room without our knowledge. Notified host and was assured it wouldn’t happen again. Would definitely stay again!!!! Loved our place and our vacation !!!

Our condo was very clean and updated. A short walk to the beach and the pool was very nice. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. They also went out of their way to assist us with a item we left behind.If your looking for a great place to stay this is it !

The cleaning people were outstanding. On our check in day I needed assistance and Francis was very willing to helpOn our check out day Paul was iso understand ing. We had a car accident first thing in the morning and Paul made ever effort to help us and accommodate us until we got things arranged. He made a stressful morning calm!!

The property was great, it had everything that we needed and was so close to the beach. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach and not have to drive. The pool water temperature and the pool noodles made for the perfect afternoon! The sea shells on the beach were unbelievable. It was a wonderful winter getaway, thank you!

We enjoyed our weekend in Sanibel! The unit was clean, well appointed, and close to restaurants, Ding Darling, and a very short walk to a beautiful beach with so many beautiful sea shells. We hope to return soon!

This property is located a very short walk from the most amazing shell finding beach. Many of the surrounding properties are still recovering from Hurricane Ian, but other than the non working elevator, this property is in excellent condition. We had a wonderful time!

Island community still cleaning up and rebuilding from hurricane damage. Beaches still beautiful and relaxing. Breakers West condo was roomy and comfortable. Well maintained and clean. Great location relative to island beaches and amenities. We loved it!

This condo was one of the few available on the beach side of Gulf Drive after the hurricane 2 years ago, so we were thrilled to get to stay there! The condo itself is close to the main road and does not have a beach view but it has access to a beautiful uncrowded beach. The condo is well-decorated and has everything you need including beach chairs and an umbrella. We especially appreciated the pool and two adult bikes that were in good shape. We rode to the beach accesses, the farmers market, Tarpon Bay and the Bean. Some of our favorite restaurants are up and running. We have never seen so many shells on the beach! Sanibel has yet to recover in terms of natural beauty but we enjoyed being there!

We love Sanibel, but do not love hurricanes! Unfortunately, neither VRBO nor the property owner have any control over the weather! The condo was lovely, beautifully decorated, very well stocked, great location. We do plan to come back (NOT in hurricane season) and hope we will be able to stay in this condo again under better circumstances.

We had a wonderful stay here! B1 unit is right by one of the parking areas and the pool. The condo was VERY clean. The building is one of the nicest in the area. Sadly, many of the condominiums on this road have not reopened since the hurricane. They are still being reconstructed, but we did not notice any disruptive noise. Because of that, you basically have a mile of beach to yourself. We didn’t encounter more than ten people on any day we were there. If you love shelling, the private condo beach has a lot! I found some very unique ones to add to the collection. Features Tv has cable channels Can cast to the tv to watch something from your own streaming service Things we wish we knew Bring bug spray specifically for noseeums or wear long sleeves and pants outside the condo and at the condo beach in the mornings and pretty much any time after four. We did not know what they were before going down and got attacked at the beach our first day there (it was about 4:30-5:30pm). I don’t know if they are as bad at every beach on the island, but we figure it was bad her because of all of the shell piles.

Great location and great accommodations. Owners were very responsive when contacted. Only recommendation is to have someone balance the A/C for the bedrooms. Bedrooms seem warmer than other parts of the property.

My wife and I booked Breakers West B1 on our first trip back to Sanibel after Ian. We were not disappointed. The unit was exceptionally clean and well-equipped and steps to the pool and beach in one of our favorite parts of the island. Only a short ride to the Ding Darling Preserve as well. Our hosts were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. While signs of Ian's destruction were evident nearby and throughout Sanibel, including to a nearby condo where we used to stay, recovery was also evident. On the downside, the no-see-ums were aggressive so bring some spray! Other than that, we had a great stay in a wonderful unit!

Very happy with the place. Comfortable and clean. Not too happy with being required to wash and fold the beach towels since I initially paid a cleaning fee. Otherwise, everything else was great.

The property was clean, easy to find and absolutely beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and it was great that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The beach was private and a 2 min walk away and the sunset was breathtaking. I wish our whole trip was spent here.
