The room was perfect for 1 or 2 people and was equipped with everything needed in a kitchen, the room was clean, floor was clean, usually at a beach the floors feel damp, not here. the building was far enough from the edge of the village to hear the karaoke bar ,b ut far enough away to not be bothered by the loud music. "Always the perfect beach vacation destination. We got every year. The rooms are set up like efficiencies so we can cook meals if we don’t wanna go to eat every day. "We were only able to stay 3 nights, and it rained one day, but it was perfect!This place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The 3rd floor balcony is the perfect place to spend hours, any time of day. One morning there were tracks from a sea turtle that had laid eggs along the seawall. "The house was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised to find chairs, umbrellas, and a cart to make our beach experience even more pleasant! Since the birds were nesting, it was a little hike to get to the beach, but well worth it. The pool was a hit! We had a wonderful time! "

"Excellent! The only issue was not the property owners fault. Fort Myers Beach is still recovering from Hurricane Ian and there was some work still happening on the beach during the day. It appears they are almost finished with that section of beach. Other than that, it was a perfect 3 day weekend."
