Relaxing

The rental was very clean and the property was very well maintained. The property management were extremely helpful and prompt with all of our questions. The location was extra convenient with little traffic on the strip, grocery store literally across the street and the tram that stops basically right in front. But if you were to ignore everything I just said and only read this part, the view from this rental was impressive and worth the trip.

A beach lovers dream!!

Took my Mom for her 75 Birthday and had the best time! Condo was super clean and just as it shows on the web site. Steps to the sand! Excited to see one of the only sea turtle nests right at our condo! Unfortunately they did not hatch while there. We sat under the tiki huts several times to eat and utilized the chairs to relax.far enough away from the action,, yet close enough!! Planning a trip back with my husband!!

The Shores Unit 104

This is a lovely property with up to date appliances. You can sit on either balcony and view the Gulf. With Publix across the street you didn't have to venture far to picky up your supplies. Would love to stay here again!

Best place on the beach!

This is our second time to this condo and the new updates are gorgeous. I love that it is adults only and the beach is so quiet and private. You have access to anything you need with Publix right across the street and many wonderful restaurants up and down Estero. I have been coming to Fort Myers Beach my entire life and this is by far, the best condo I have ever stayed in. The views are spectacular and the condo is beautiful. We have already booked for our 3rd stay for next year.

Remodel is great!

We've stayed at this property several times and have always enjoyed the proximity to the beach, having beach chairs and being close to Publix. The remodel just brightened up the unit so much! Hope to stay again!

Great Location, Beautiful Resort and Publix across street

Property EXACTLY as listed! You can't get any better than this resort, the kitchen was loaded with utensils & cookware. Publix literally right across the street. The Décor was absolutely stunning and the bed was very comfortable. Balcony was small but great view for drinking coffee in mornings. Too Hot in afternoon the sun bearers on you. There is washer/dryer bring quarters $1.25-$1.75 depending on load size. There is construction going on next door which is was not pleasant they start at 7:30- 3:30. The loud noises did not hinder our stay but the smell of fumes where not good as you could not sit near the resort. If you are a walker this is the perfect resort, but I must warn you the pier is 2.5miles a little bit of a long walk so we took an Uber back ($10.00). There is 2 great restaurants within 1 mile. I would highly recommend Fresh Catch! The other is Junkanoo this is more bar food they have a wide variety of food. Both location on the beach but NO SIGN when walking on the beach you will see a boat rental only. Publix was the best, very clean grocery store and very well stocked. Overall I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Love everything about this place. This is our 3rd time staying here. Never disappoints the remodel and upgrades are top notch. Karen is great to work with! Can’t wait to come back!!!

IDEAL location in Fort Myers Beach

The Shores is a perfect alternative to large condominiums so common in Fort Myers Beach. The Shores has just 8 units on 2 floors with covered parking. It is located on the beach and directly across the street from a large Publix Super Market. Amenities. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are new. The bedroom, bathroom, shower, and closet are clean and the perfect size for 2 people. We were so impressed by unit #104 that we reserved the same unit for next year the 2nd day of our stay this year.

On The Beach

This property is anout 25 feet from which makes it extremely convenient. The condo is 100 % beach front and beautiful and the parking is easy. My wife an I had a great time.

Nice location

The condo has been completely redone and is beautiful! It is the perfect size for a couple and the balcony is a great location for watching sunsets on Fort Meyers Island beach. The condo complex is not large so that makes for a quiet getaway and is right on the beach!!

Property is amazing, views of the beach and the ocean are spectacular. Located steps away from the beach and there is a Publix across the street to stock up on your food needs. Everything you need is included with this rental. Would love to return.

Fantastic stay right on the beach!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. We stayed for 11 nights, and honestly had no complaints upon checkout! This condo is on the second floor and both balconies overlook the beach/ocean. The condo also has a nice tiki hut seating area as well as a station to wash sand off your feet and shoes when returning from the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

perfect getaway

This place is amazing and Karen was prompt to respond to questions and concerns. The views of the ocean and the evening sunset was breath taking. This place is by far one of our favorite spots and can't wait to book again and stay.

Great location-many improvements needed

This was a great location with an amazing view. Would have been nice if we had at-least one working screen. The blinds in the living room need fixing, the smaller couch was broken upon arrival. Just some simple, quick fixes to make this a perfect location. Overall great stay. We will be back.

Anniversary trip

This condo is a hidden gem! It was a perfect get away for our anniversary week. We loved the view and the fact that it was adults only. It felt like it was our own private beach. We can't wait to come back.
