Step into a vacationer's paradise and the perfect retreat for rest. This 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, washer/dryer in unit, 7th-floor condo sleeps up to 8 guests. Both bedrooms have 43” flat screen smart TVs and the living room has a queen-size pull-out sofa with a 55” flat screen smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances and everything you would need to dine in. Enjoy all the amenities the Beach Villas has to offer. This is the best location on the island and just a quick trolley ride or short walk to all that downtown Times Square has to offer. Great restaurants, shopping, and live entertainment. You can be assured this will be a vacation to remember. There are bike racks for your convenience.

Nice condo, beautiful view, loved the breezes on the lanai. Master bed was extremely firm and made a lot of noise when rolling over and getting in and out of bed. Also pretty high off the floor. All else was good. We enjoyed the pool even though it's small, it was never crowded during our stay. Walking on the beach was wonderful. A couple of faucet handles were very loose and some utensils handles were falling off.

The condo is decorated very well, rustic beach theme, but subtle. The kitchen has just about anything you would need if you choose to cook while on vacation, which I don't! The property management company is very responsive and helpful with any and all of your needs. We would definitely stay here again

Place is great all around: great quiet area, place is relatively clean and relatively well updated. No complaints!One thing that I would warn about is that unlike many other Vrbo rentals, this pace doesn’t supply you with basics at the same level: you get 2 dishwashing packets in your welcome kit, no salt\pepper/etc.. not that it’s a bad thing (I actually prefer it with food items), but something to be aware of, so that when you go to cook your breakfast morning after arrival, and find that salt isn’t anywhere to be found, you wish you’d’ve known that when you went to grocery store night before. Dishwasher packets on the other hand.. those I wish they provided more of.

Stayed for five nights. Really enjoyed the the ease of getting to the condo because you don’t have to deal with traffic going south. It’s close to what was Time Square/Pier and the restaraunts and shops are coming back. Right on the beach and great view and sunsets!The unit was clean and as advertised and we would stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay. Communication with Coastal Properties was terrible. The email communication was great but on our day of check in Tropical Storm/Hurricane Debby was coming through Florida. So I called Coastal to ask about possible difficulties getting to the property. I called around 1030-1100 am and had to leave a message that assured me I would receive a return call. I never did. When we stopped at Coastal to check in as instructed in the email I was told abruptly I didn’t need to stop my car pass was in the Dropbox. Which it ended up not being there and the young lady had to write me a new one . Just very disappointed with lack of customer service. And it never feels good to made to felt like a nuisance. The condo was great. However if you like to sleep comfortably the fitted sheet does not fit the mattress in the primary bedroom. It is a very comfortable mattress but if my husband or I moved it popped off the bed. Seems like a very simple fix for the owners . Target has great sheet sets with deep pockets on their fitted sheets. Also sleeping in is difficult as maintenance will be blowing the floors starting around 9-10.

It is a great location! Nice esthetics/decor. Windows and sliding door in primary bedroom are tough to open, but once open - it was nice to listen to the ocean from bed. Also, turtle nesting starting May 1st. Renters will need to keep light from shining out at night.

We stayed for a few days, My first time there. The place had almost everything you could think want, They provided lots of towels and beach towels and assortment of soaps etc. Directions for TV easy and bed was comfy!

We stayed for the weekend (Fri-Mon) to attend my best friend's wedding. Arrived at night and made sure all the blinds were closed for the sea turtles. The next morning we were in awe of the view and enjoyed a cup of coffee in bed - no words. It was so beautiful. The thoughtful owners left us everything we needed for that first day so we didn't need to rush out to the store. Coffee, creamer, water, snacks..... Everything was very clean (and I'm particular). We saw a rainbow that morning during our walk on the beach and 6 manatees kindly swam with us with waves of hello. I know! it sounds like a dream. We had a wonderful time together and will definitely return. 09.23-26.2022 weekend just before Ian arrived.

Couple of things, for the nest guest: - the fridge had a horrible rotten smell - the TV in the Master room didn't work - ice trays empty. (Been an investment property, switch the fridge to a simple model that makes ice; it's beach property)

Had 7 of my lifelong girlfriends together to celebrate out 45 birthday. It was amazing location, clean and perfect for our stay. I would 100% recommend this place! 10 out of 10 for sure!

This property was available for the exact dates we needed. Fort Myers is clean, beautiful beach, cute shops and great restaurants! We had a perfect ocean view from our screened in porch. We were able to rent chairs/umbrellas from the Pink Shell next door. March appears to be a very crowded time of year! The condo was furnished nicely with comfy beds. We were unable to get any of the apps on the TV to work after following directions from the management company. Appreciated the beach towels! The king bedroom’s bath needs some plumbing help - the toilet ran a lot and the shower head provided a low spray. It’s a lively place and we enjoyed it! But not a quiet getaway.

Condo was as advertised. Great view. Good location. Warm pool. Steps from the beach. Beach bar and restaurant next door. Surprised that only one beach chair was in the unit. We rented chairs on the beach. Also the condo complex must allow smoking on the outdoor balconies which interfered with the use of our balcony.

This was our first vacation as a family of 7 (5 children ages 7-16) and our stay was flawless! Everything about the condo was exactly as stated (if not better) than the listing. The best communication from time of booking to checkout from any place we have ever stayed. The most beautiful view, plenty of in condo necessities. It felt like home away from home. 100% recommend!

Stayed Dec 1-6, 2021. Condo is a good location however there were issues that I notified the host about. BEFORE you book, you should get confirmation that the following issues have been fixed (especially for the nightly price of this condo). 1. Patio door lock/latch is falling off. 2. The tiled floors throughout are filthy. After walking around bare feet, bottoms are black. We had to wear shoes immediately after showers. 3. Bathroom sinks are clogged, just a simple hand wash and it’s a large puddle of standing water and really gross when brushing teeth. 4. Shower caulk on sliding door is moldy, needs a good scrub 5. Toilet in master bath runs constantly and the handle is Very loose. I have to give the host the benefit of the doubt and assume previous occupants didn’t report these issues. Hopefully they address them ASAP.

Our family loved stepping right outside the condo to the sandy shore to play in the water and build sandcastles. We were pleased to find an umbrella, sand toys and and a few chairs to use at the beach. The property was very clean and kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. Check in and check out was really easy. We had a wonderful stay.
