We had a nice stay and would look to stay again. Unit was easy to get in and out, pool and hot tub were great, everything was neat and clean and had a good time. Couple complaints would be parking was limited and construction people placed equipment and material overnight in spaces which limited further the parking. Had issues using the apps on the TV as it said it wasn't connected to the internet even though the network was working, but wasn't a big deal. And as others noted plenty of construction going on around the area and bridge but didn't bother us. Appreciated the hospitality, loved seeing the dolphins in the bay out the windows and from the pool, and seeing Ft. Meyers fireworks on NYE from the windows!

Great location

Condo is in great location! Love that you can look right into the ocean and we even saw dolphins swimming. Property wasn’t as clean and could use come updating on the furniture. But pool was nice and loved how close beach was.

Tropical Paradise??

We liked the location and the property was nice but it’s not really oceanfront but waterfront and it smelled of cigarette smoke and is advertised non smoking as the entire property is supposed to be nonsmoking. It bothered my allergies but we purchased glade plug-ins which helped a little

Not as expected

Isolated location with terrible traffic to get anywhere. Limited access to restaurants, etc. Property management was not local. Technology not working when we arrived. Cleanliness was acceptable, but every pan, pot had to be washed before use.

Great stay at Lovers Beach

We really enjoyed our stay in the "Tropical Paradise" in the Lovers Key Resort. The view of the bay from the living room and bedroom is magnificent. The highlight is of course the dolphins that swim past frequently, which we were regularly delighted by. The apartment was very clean, very spacious and perfectly equipped, including the kitchen! Everything you need is there. The house is very quiet, there is no annoying through traffic, only the generator of the neighboring restaurant "Flippers on the Beach" is a bit of a nuisance. But the food there is very delicious! The self-check-in with the code for the entrance door also worked without any problems! We can really recommend the apartment!

Hurricane damage

We looked at property prior to staying as this was our second stop in the area. Heading to the place was nothing but construction (very depressing for a vacation) and the condo had construction as well. We talked to guests that were staying and they were not happy campers. We decided not to stay and take the chance on losing our fees. Prior to heading down to Florida I tried to get Vacasa to put me in touch with someone on site but all they would do is send a report from the local manager which stated "hurricane damage and some amenities may not be available, whatever that means. Since that time I have tried to discuss Vacasa's horrible communication skills. I have tried to get in touch with someone several times and I got as far as the district manager who couldn't help me but was going to have her boss call me and guess what, never called! I know their cancellation policy but, they withheld information from me that would have allowed me to cancel my reservation within the time frame of a full refund! In my opinion I would not trust Vacasa and their customer service again! I do feel sorry for the places that had damage, but you don't fill rooms at full price by hiding information and ruining someone else's vacation! Vacasa has terrible customer service as they did not allow me to talk to someone on site about the damage prior to going for me to make a decision to go or not and secondly they never let you talk to the person who can actually make a decision on your issues!
