  • NEWLY RENOVATED!
    2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, Sleeps 5 in beds.

    Check out the photos of our resent renovation! All new porcelain plank tile floors throughout the unit and new tiled showers and vanities in both bathrooms! All new stainless appliances in a sparkling white brand new kitchen with beauiful quartzite countertops.

    Wake up to breath taking beach views and relax in the evening enjoying beautiful sunsets right outside this perfectly situated condo. Villa Del Mar has it all. One of the few condos with a heated pool on the beach side featuring plenty of seating, views of the beach, private restrooms on the first floor, shaded areas and tiki's, beautifully landscaped foliage to enjoy while grilling and watching your family play in the pool. Walk up from the beach to fully paved parking lot with a rinsing station and bench.
    Feel free to utilize the elevator or get your exercise with the stairs for access to this top floor condo. Cooking is a breeze in the newly renovated kitchen featuring quartzite counter tops, a pass through bar and tile wood plank flooring. Invite friends for dinner and dine inside on the spacious table or out outside on the screened in lanai. Relax in the open living room with full ocean views. Wake up in the master bedroom to views of the ocean and fall asleep listening to the soft sounds of the gulf waves. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom with plenty of dresser space and a large closet.
    The second bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed, a huge closet and plenty of dresser space as well. Just outside the door is another full bathroom.
    This unit also has a washer and dryer, wi fi, cable and 3 TV’s. The condo is no smoking and pets are not allowed.
    You will love vacationing in this intimate 12 unit complex which will make your experience feel peaceful and private It is located in the middle of the island with Publix only a 5 minuet walk and quick access to Lovers Key State Park, Santini Marina Plaza, Times Square at the Pier, Sanibel Island, Bonita Springs, Naples, The Edison and Ford Winter Estates, trolley services, and the Southwest Florida International Airport. The beach offers excursions for boating, jet skiing with the dolphins, para sailing and more!
    There is a 7 day minimum booking from April to mid-December and a 14 day minimum from mid-December to April. Plan your trip now!

Relaxing & quiet stay on the beach

Great little condo directly on the beach. Beautiful views from the patio. The condo was well stocked with all the extras needed for your vacation. Kim was very informative and even gave me info on a driver from the airport. Grocery is very close and Times Square is only 2 miles away for dining and entertainment. The beach was very quiet and not many people this time of year.

We had a terrific week in Fort Myers. The location of this beautiful condo is right on the beach with a few steps to the gorgeous gulf! The condo is more lovely than the description. It is well stocked and beautifully decorated. Kimberly is delightful to work with and responded very quickly to all inquires. Spring Break 2022

Stayed during busy high-school spring break week. Check-in and Check-out process was seamless. Kimberly was responsive to inquiries/needs. Condo was clean and accurately depicted on website. Condo grounds/pool nicely maintained. Because smaller condo (only 12 units), the immediate beach access was not crowded at all, even though the island as a whole was super busy. Loved having access to beach towels and chairs. Also appreciated basic cooking items like salt, pepper, Pam, sugar, etc. that was left from previous visitors. Proximity to Publix a plus during busy spring break season as too much traffic to drive anywhere. All in all it was a great week.

Fabulous, mid-island, beachfront condo

The property was exactly as described and, even so, exceeded expectations! Beautiful view from 5th floor corner unit. Super-comfy beds, TV with Roku and lot of channels for the brief time we were indoors and used the TV. Owner, Kimberly, was a saint—helpful and responsive. I/we will absolutely be back next year! :-)
