We are located on third floor. You can see more detail at this height without binoculars.

The perfect getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! Perfect view, quiet location on the island, beautifully decorated and very well stocked. Cliff really thought of all the little extras and comforts of home! We were very appreciative of how well he communicates prior to, during and even after our stay! I highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying here again in the future!

Christmas Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the beautiful condo, especially the view! The condo is stocked with everything needed to enjoy your vacation. Our host even ordered a new beach buggy to carry our supplies to the beach! We have stayed at multiple condos over the years and this is the best one by far!!

What an amazing trip

We loved our stay here - Clifford is an amazing property owner and host. Very communicative and he provided us with so many touches like the beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach chairs - it really made our stay so much better. He also provided great restaurant and day trip recommendations like Doc Ford’s Seafood for example. The area is recovering well from the hurricanes but Cliff’s place is completely in good shape.

Fantastic beacfront condo

There is a perfect beachfront view with a comfortable high top table and 2 chairs on the balcony. The condo is nicely decorated in a comfortable beach theme. The bed is extremely comfortable. We felt like we were sleeping in our own bed. The towels ware a very good quality. The kitchen is stocked with quality dishes and tableware. There is a choice of standard coffee pot or the pod type. There is even plastic wrap, aluminum foil, salt & pepper and a few other necessities.There are beach chairs, umbrellas and a wagon for our use. It is the nicest studio condo we have stayed in. We did not want to leave. Unfortunately, hurricane Milton caused a mandatory evacuation. The host kept us informed along the way and is great to work with. Our plan is to book this condo again in the future.

Best VRBO Experience ever!

Could not of asked for a better host! Cliff is amazing and his communication is top notch! Condo is a perfect slice of Paradise. Our vacation was impacted by Hurricane Helene, and Cliff was on top of everything! The balcony is the perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee, watching the dolphins and breath taking sunsets! Extremely clean and filled with all kinds of amenities. A perfect home away from home! We will be back! Thank you Cliff for sharing your paradise with us!

A week in paradise

Cliff’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Private, stocked with just the right things to make our vacation perfect - beach chairs, towels, beach cart, binoculars for dolphin watching, portable speaker for music at the beach…. It was all there. Bed was very comfortable and entire condo complex was well kept and well maintained. Cliff was a wonderful and attentive host. We look forward to our next trip!

My new second home

We loved staying at Cliffs condo on Form Myers Beach. It’s a cozy nook of paradise. The beach is the perfect size just like the condo. Beautiful views. Birds galore. My wife loved watching the dolphins while she drank her coffee every morning. We will be going back.

Great Summer vacation!

Second time just as good as the first.

This is our second time staying at this place. We stayed here last year and enjoyed it so much that we rebooked right away for this year. There is everything you need in the room. We spend most of our time at the beach. There is all the beach equipment you would need in the room.

Just Wonderful Paradise

The condo is beautiful and very comfortable, you will have everything you need for cooking and beach supplies including a cart to get everything to the beach, which is a big plus, everyone on the beach asked if we brought the cart and we said no the owner supplied it. The location is perfect because of all the restaurants you can just walk to. We had a wonderful time and Cliff the owner was so helpful and nice! We will be back to his condo for sure! Thank you Cliff!

Great getaway

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The convenient location allowed us to avoid renting a car. Five restaurants across the street and grocery delivery made this possible. The trolley that ran on Estero blvd made it easy to explore further away. Cliff was extremely attentive and the beach was a very short distance from the elevators. The bed was great and the nice shower was wonderful. The large television and Netflix let us catch a movie at the end of a long day at the beach. The chairs, umbrellas, cooler and even a wagon to haul supplies meant we were ready for the beach as soon as we arrived. We can’t wait to visit this unit again.

Mother Daughter getaway

We have stayed in several condos at Estero Beach & Tennis Club, and Cliff's unit is the best. Beautiful decor, very clean, and fully stocked with all the beach essentials. The big bathroom with newly remodeled shower is fantastic after a long day in the sun. Cliff truly goes above and beyond to make his guests feel comfortable. We could not have asked for a better home for 2 weeks in Florida.

Great Vacation Spot

Location is great - view of Gulf, Sunset, Palm Trees from Balcony. Walk to Beach, good Restaurants within walking distance. Condo is quiet and very well maintained. Attractive Landscaping. Condo unit is newly remodeled has all the amenities.

A+ condo and service

Excellent! Great location; looks right out to the ocean. Condo was as presented. The extras were appreciated, such as all beach equipment, new kitchen items, and a large TV to watch your favorite shows. Owner responded quickly to several questions and was very personable. Condo complex is aging, but well maintained. Secure. A great place to vacation! Already planning to return next year!

My hubby and i loved this place. It is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is perfect and the balcony view is priceless! Great condo in Ft Myers

We had a wonderful time in this cute condo right on the beach! Condo was clean, with a great location, close to shopping and restaurants, and is exactly as pictured on the VRBO site. We enjoyed great sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Cliff was helpful, pleasant and kept an open line of communication before and during our stay. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing time in Ft Myers Beach. Thank you, Cliff.
