Pool with slide and jacuzzi was nice. Kids had a lot of fun when we were not at the river. Easily drivable to Laughlin and Kathrine Landing. Had a couple questions while staying there and was promptly answered by the owner.

I booked this suite in Arizona but was never able to check in. I drove 300 plus miles. When I arrived, I couldn’t get the gate code because the host had gone into surgery — something I was never informed about beforehand. There was no backup plan or alternate contact provided, and I was left without access to the property I had already paid for. This caused significant inconvenience and completely ruined my trip. I had 5 family members with me, including 3 children. Also when we go to the property someone was parked in the driveway. Assuming it was the cleaner, we were wrong. Communication and planning were unacceptable. I would not recommend this listing. Such a horrible experience. 1/10

Family Vacation

Overall stay was nice. The cleanliness of kitchen items was not good. Cleaned any utensils and/or dishes and pans prior to being able to use. Unable to use broiler pan due to being unclean. Had to clean bbq grill prior to use and cleaned off melted chocolate on small patio table. Host was somewhat responsive. Seemed to be new to air b&b procedures. No door handle on bedroom door. Patio lounger broken and unable to use. No indoor table.

The place was not ready and we were told we couldnt stay. The owner said she would get it ready and never cleaned it properly. The places was filthy and unsafe for small children because there was dirt, bottle caps, dog hair, human hair all over the floors. The counter were filthy too. The dishwasher was filled with rank disgusting foul smelling water. The pool was dirty and had chemcicals on the rocks. She said she would clean it after 2 days we went back and it still was not ready and the owner was sleeping there. We had to rent a hotel room for the 8 nights. We are waiting for a refund but the owner has not given it to us. They are not honest and are trying to steal our money!! I would stay away from these sketchy people!!! They ruined our vacation with my family!!!

Fun Family Household

The house was absolutely perfect for me and my family. It offered plenty of space for the four of us and came well-stocked with essentials. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. The host was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. I highly recommend this place!

House Needs Attention

Probably a great party house where guest aren’t cooking. Do not recommend for a family. Listing should be updated. Good: host communication, awesome pool. Bad: House needs a cleaning crew to do a deep clean. All doors have stuff splattered on them, dirty light plates, hair left in shower drain. The sheets to the master bed were not clean. We got into bed and there was gritty stuff between the sheets. We slept on top of the comforter (that was stained) and washed everything the next day. Found thumb tacks on floor and window boxes (we booked with two small children, one under one). Things from poor reviews dating 4 months back have still not been fixed nor cleaned (no door knob to master, Teflon pans need to be replaced (we went out and bought a pan to use), not enough full sets of silverware, fridge has left over food and prescription meds, drawer full of crackers/chip crumbs. Aside from that: only two seats inside to eat inside, we brought outdoor stools inside for all of us to eat at the bar (those were in rough shape), lots of broken/damaged furniture, no washcloths, hand towels, kitchen towels, or paper towels. Guest sink loose and sprays water everywhere, BBQ needs to be cleaned, we cleaned it the best we could but old grease caught fire and burnt our food (fire hazard). We wish we saw the bad reviews before booking. House is not to short term rental standard. It’s sad because this house is really beautiful.

Review from Jan 2025 also said crumbs were left in drawer.

Previous review noted pans were expired.

Wanted to love it.

House was in a nice neighborhood. It was spacious but fail short in cleanliness, style and having the regular items needed in the home. First, let me start by saying I was told a cleaning person comes out and does the pool, the pool was dirty and had buckets of dirt in the bottom of it. The house itself was not clean. The floors were filthy, trash and debris under beds and couch.The kitchen is beautiful, however, filthy in the drawers. There is food spilled all over the inside of the drawers.. The refrigerator had sticky stuff all over it. The inside the refrigerator was full of food with mold and other gross things we had to throw away the oven was dirty and the items they have to cook with their were a joke I didn’t want to be harsh on this review, but I had to buy pans to cook with and oven mitts because none were provided. There is no toaster and the oven had spilled food that caused a fire when we cooked. The curtains in the bedrooms are hung up by nails, and not properly in place. The floors in the bedrooms are filthy with previous animal soilings. The curtain on the door in the master bedroom was hung over the outside of the door to hold it into place when it was windy, constantly banged on the door. The handle on the master bedroom door is missing which I’ve seen other people complain about, but figured it’d be fixed.The place has so much potential that needs to be cleaned and fixed. The owner really needs to address the issues. I do not recommend.

Amazing Rental Home

The house is beautiful and was the perfect location for our stay. The owner is very pleasant to work with. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The backyard pool and jacuzzi is amazing. Would definitely recommend and would stay at this property again.

long drive, worth the trip.

We very much enjoyed our stay, felt comfortable and safe. Corner lot on a moderately busy street but wasn't an issue for us, really nice place. Great pool and spa. Check in was a breeze and Kimberlee a good host., quick to respond to texts. Would rent again.Sandy & Jim

Great outdoors but lacking inside

Pool, hot tub and slide were great. Description says heated pool but instructions at property says not to turn pool heater on. Surface of inside was clean but dirty in drawers and inside cabinets. Chips and other stuff scattered in drawers. No hair dryer like description listed so we needed to go buy one. No butter knives to use, ice maker didn’t work. Master bedroom has no closet or dresser to use and says use other bedroom closets to hang things with no hangers. A camera in the closet if you open. Didn’t know until we read instructions for the place that was hand written in a binder sitting on an ottoman. Also no door handle on the outside of the master bedroom. I don’t think that I would stay at this property again.

Great backyard pool

While the backyard and pool are great, the house needs work. Lightbulbs burned out, door handle missing, dishwasher doesn't clean, loose water faucet, etc. Very limited in supplies in kitchen, and what's there needs to be replaced. Driveway is scary if vehicle has low clearance.

Nice Get away

Very nice home inside and out. Perfect yard with a pool and jacuzzi, very private with nice views. I would have given five stars, but there was an issue with WIFI, which is not a big problem for a two day stay. Loved our stay!
