"Bachelorette party of 8 women from ages 21-54, stayed 3 days/2 nights. Property as pictured in the listing. The location was great, property is beautiful, quiet area & the house was very clean. Everything you need is provided. All linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, kitchen soap, K-cups, Keurig, dishes, bags of ice in the freezer, & toilet paper. "This property was perfect for myself, my husband, son (14) and daughter (11). We wanted to stay outside of Cincinnati so we could visit the different sites. Our host was so incredibly thoughtful. If you can think of an item that you might need, she already has it in the property for you. Seriously, everything you could imagine. "The check-in process was not user friendly. The sidewalk in front of the property was torn up and had construction tape all around it. We had to wait for 30 minutes or so outside the place before we could get the check in information to be able to get into our room."

"We booked the studio for a writers retreat. The ambiance and overall eclectic vibe was perfect for the pair of us. The kitchenette was well appointed, but to be fair the Keurig was the only appliance we used. Communication was thorough and appreciated, but we had no concerns or issues that warranted anything further. Again, all very much appreciated. "Peachies rental is pleasantly decorated and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Check in was easy. I highly recommend this accommodation. It has a great location with quick highway access to Cincinnati."

"My family of 6 loved staying here. The rooftop deck with a view of downtown Cincinnati is what drew us in, and it did not disappoint. Our family felt like we had enough space to spread out and be comfortable, but we also enjoyed the spaces together. The kitchen was well stocked, although I did not try to cook in it, because, well, vacation. I loved how we didn't have a long list of chores to do in order to leave! Check-in and out was a breeze!"

"Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game you’re right next door. "

"We had a great stay. The house was very large and gave us plenty of space. We went to Cincinnati to visit the zoo and it was only 7 minutes away and overall this house seemed to be within 10 minutes of everything. All in all, we had a great stay. "
