"My room was in horrible shape. Visible dead bugs under the bedding, dirty & damaged walls and doors. The front desk is behind bullet-proof glass. There were suspicious characters in the parking lot and the property does not lock their doors at night. It felt unsafe from a health and crime perspective."

"The room was very nice, even had robes. One thing was the blasting strobe light from the smoke detectors on the wall. It was very bright and hard to sleep with it going off every 3 minutes or so. Told the staff when leaving that that was annoying."

"We stayed 3 nights at a cost of $797. Generally both the outside and inside of the house seemed impressive. The hosts were friendly. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed in our stay. There appeared to be no heat on in the entire house. We arrived late, after a warm day. That night and the next 36 hours was quite cold. "It was a nice hotel. The only thing I would say is my check in time was at 3pm. I arrived at 4 and the staff was shocked that I booked two double bed rooms. That’s when the supervisor in charge left to go have the rooms cleaned and ready for us. I had to wait until 5 to get my room. I tried to sees if I can get back some money since I didn’t get my room for the full amount of time and was told by the front desk staff that we do not booked but hours but by night "
