"First of all it looked NOTHING like the photos. I took real pictures to put up to show this but not sure it lets me upload them…
The beds and pillows were like rocks. Rooms tiny.
We were all very disappointed and couldn’t wait to leave.
The person who checked us in was behind a dark screen! Had no idea who I was talking to. But they were very nice. Maids were nice as well."

"So the room was clean. The staff was nice and accommodating and friendly. House keeping does come in much so if you need something just call the front desk. The gym was better than expected. The pool was nice. And the tub was actually hot! The breakfast is good but I think they should offer biscuits and gravy. But overall it was great. And convenient to the car rental and airport. I'd stay there again."

"There was a charge for the breakfast so did not try it excessive parking fee so unable to park at hotel free airport shuttle ran very slowly due to being shared with other hotels some guests took Ubers instead so they wouldn’t miss there flight very poor selection of tv channels no sports! Not recommended and would not stay again"

"Stayed here with my mom and 2 younger siblings. We got there several hours early, so we killed some time and the front desk staff let us check in early at no charge!
The room was clean and spacious. And close to some shopping (which we took advantage of)
The shuttle back to LAX was very convenient and the driver was helpful, very knowledgeable of the terminals and got us there efficiently
I would definitely stay here again!"

"Had a lovely and peaceful stay at the hotel. Felt very safe the whole time as a solo traveler disappointed with the limited restaurant situation during the stay with construction but happy for the nice pool and lounges. The fitness center was very nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable and loved the in-room espresso machine! I would love to come back after the upgrades. Long beach was super close and nice to visit."
