"The house is designed with an environment to enhance sleeping from black out shades, to comfortable mattresses and quality linens. Neighborhood was very quiet. Convenient to restaurants and grocery. Very clean. We arrived at night and had a little trouble seeing the house number. Our host, James, provided lots of information about the area and stayed in communication with us, always quick to respond. All in all we enjoyed our stay!"

"Our stay was great! Close to family members, everyone had their own room and it was very clean and plenty of space. Was a great experience for everyone."

"Our family had all gathered in Petersburg to lay one of our family members to rest in the community they grew up in. None of us lived in Petersburg so we opted to find a place large enough to hold our entire family. The place is most suitable for adults and there are stairs to get to any of the bedrooms or bathrooms so be sure you can walk up and down stairs. "

"We were competing in a regional B.A.S.S. tournament on the James River and the house was in a very convenient location to Osborne ramp and park. The house was as advertised, and the communication with the host was exceptional! "

"Was a great house to stay at. They accommodated my family well with my 3 dogs. Had a nice fenced-in back yard and plenty of space in the house for my family. Owner communicated with me well. I would recommend this VRBO for family too use. "

"Everything was accurate with the listing. The only thing that was an issue was parking for three cars forced us into the neighbors area on the street since the drive way was inconvenient and off a main road. The yard gate was loose and off centered which was solved by us wrapping rope to prevent our dogs from leaving but may be an issue for less prepared individuals."

"Easy to find, and entry was easy. Short stay, and the email referenced a house book with checkout instructions. Couldn’t find it anywhere so just cleaned as we had in other rentals. Good experience overall. Only negative was a lot of leftover expired food left in fridge."
