The pool table is for your enjoyment, but please avoid sitting on it or moving it to keep it in great condition.

We had a wonderful time. The place was clean, There was more than enough room for everyone to stay and move around. The owner responded with in 3 hours of any questions we had. He accommodated us with our flight times and requests. The place was fully stocked with all our needs. Not as fancy out front, but the backyard was our oasis for the week. Total sun all day long. Terrific choice!!!!

We had a great time! The neighborhood is quiet and charming and well located. The house is well equipped, very comfortable and well suited to small or larger groups. The host was friendly and communicative. We loved the backyard patio and pool area! We would totally stay again!

Kitchen and living area very good but one of the bedrooms is clearly set-up for children with the bathroom for that room in the garden cabana and therefore very disappointing for the lady who had to sleep there. We feel that this should have been explained in the write up.

Great welcome information was provided and it was easy to find and access the home. However, there were a number of things that were not working or were not cleaning when arrived. We did speak to the owner about it and he was able to take care of a number of items within a day or two. Overall, we did have a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay - being in town for a football game. Spent a lot of time in the pool - with a private backyard- taking advantage of a November heat wave. Every morning we hit the Cuban bakery right down the street and went to a great local restaurant - Flanigans. Also visited some good waterfront restaurants maybe 20 minutes away (including Bokampers). Would love to come back in the future

My family and I were excited for this vacation house but unfortunately this turned out to be the WORST experience I have ever had to deal with on VRBO. The pictures look good and the property itself is somewhat nice, however within 2 hours of arriving we were forced to leave (late at night) and find a hotel room for our vacation because the AC system in the master bedroom SMELLED TERRIBLY of MUSTY MILDEW. It was so bad that we were coughing and our eyes were burning and we could not tolerate an entire weekend of disgusting conditions. The Master Bedroom and Bathroom are NOT PART OF THE CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING and there is BARELY ANY FRESH AIR CIRCULATION on that side of the house! Instead, there is a Window Unit that had obviously been LEAKING and sitting unused with disgusting, smelly water inside of it. Underneath the AC is a disgusting bucket that collects the leaking AC water. No towels in the bathrooms, there is however a musty linen closet filled with mismatched towels that smell like a house from the 1960’s. The AC was set at 80 when we arrived, it did not cool down at all during the 2 hours we were there. Who leaves the AC at 80 in Florida when they know guests are arriving?!? There are No towel bars in the Masterbath, only a couple Command Hooks, Lol. Add to all of that, there are motion activated BRIGHT lights in the master bedroom and living room so guests don’t fall into the sunken rooms... If someone gets up at night to use the bathroom, it lights up the room!

Wonderful relaxing stay

Enjoyed all the amenities, most especially the pool shaded by the palm trees in the afternoon. Centrally located and Larry was always very responsive as a host. Had a great week of rest with our family.

Amazing Place

This was by far the best property we have stayed in over the past 3 years in Florida! The property has all the amenities you need and Larry was great to work with and a clear communicator. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 and we truly enjoyed our time there. We will definitely be back next year.

Even my mother was happy!

My mother, sister, and I stayed at this property for my son's graduation. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. My mother really enjoyed chilling in the screened in porch. My sister and I spent most of our time bathing in the sun by the beautiful pool. The residence was very clean and maintained. Best of all, we were close to all our activities. Definitely five star*****
