Great place before our cruise

Beautiful home that was perfect before our extended family cruise. The few cleanliness issues we had were immediately addressed and corrected. Both kids and grandkids loved the pool!

Vacation View!

We had a great time at this place had all of our needs taken care of. The living space and the bedrooms all very nice. Great kitchen. The Pool and the view from the pool was incredible. Would recommend to anyone. We had 11 people there and it was very comfortable.

Beautiful back yard

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, there were plenty of towels, the beds were comfortable, and the pool was warm. Scott was very responsive to any needs/issues that arose during our stay. We were very impressed with his ability to resolve things quickly.

Meetup location for 7 from around the country!

House was clean, roomy and well maintained. Beds were all VERY comfortable! Pool area was a beautiful hang spot on the lagoon to socialize. Large Publix grocery store about a 10 minute walk away for supplies. Both bathrooms had access doors from common areas as well as the attached bedrooms which worked well for our group of retirees. Wish I could have stayed longer!

A little taste of paradise!

This property is a perfect fit for our group of 8! The home is clean, modern and spacious. The backyard itself is a vacation paradise with a large pool and patio deck which overlooks palm trees and a gorgous lake! The owner is very responsive and helpful. This was our second stay at this property and we will absolutely be returning!

Coconut Creek Rental

Very clean and pristine property. The pool was the best per the kids. There was plenty of space to hang out, enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. Had very good communication with Scott, the property owner. This was a great rental property and would rent again in a heartbeat.

Property essentially has everything you need. Grocery store is literally 4 minutes away. Beautiful quiet neighborhood. Definitely would return.

Family Vacation

The property was nice. It was clean and spacious. Looked just like the pictures. I felt uncomfortable in this home as there were cameras inside . Although they were covered with a blue tape I just wasn’t sure if they were turned off. We tried not to be to paranoid about it as we were doing anything wrong but it just felt weird. There are also cameras outside as well I’m assuming for insurance and privacy purposes. We asked a couple questions via app and it took a while for us to get replies. Although you pay fees you still have to put in laundry and do other cleaning things to not get charged. Again the place was nice but the book of rules and additional cleaning when you already pay so many fees was a lot.

Bridal Shower & Family/Friends Stay

I live nearby this property but in a condo and needed a large home to throw my daughter’s bridal shower …plus a place for my out of town family and friends to stay. This place was perfect!! The home was very clean. The very large backyard and spacious tiled deck was as if made to order for my intimate gathering plans. Communication with Scott, the property owner, was quick and easy. Lots of instructions all around which really helps not second guessing expectations! The location was conveniently, centrally located to the airport and for surrounding family and friends to get to..and close to shopping and restaurants for when we decided to dine out. The view overlooking the lake and the gorgeous pool was over the top for our bridal shower pictures at sunset! And then afterwards when all that was left was a few of us staying overnight, for a quiet dip and relaxation after all was done. Home itself had all the amenities for comfort and convenience…linens, towels, paper products, soaps, etc (accessories for babies if needed, which we did not..but impressive!), and all guests felt right at home, with ample space and seating everywhere.. kitchen, living room, high tops, which all flowed in one wide open space. Couldn’t have picked a better venue for my girl’s special weekend.

Not good.

Starting with BQ tanks one empty and 2nd one 2 nd night out of propane 10 minutes into using. Host ifo we have to refill if we want to BQ. No good! And Beds very hard like sleeping on plywood. Not good. Back problems. This maybe okay for younger groups BUT we’re all over 60 years old. Not one of our best places to stay. Plus outside cameras, wife didn't like to go swimming or sit at pond. Pond guy came Thursday and said that he doesn't think anyone was done it week before ,The unit for the cleaning the pond was not put in its property place .And no cleaning pucks inside. He did fix that problem. And put it in place..

Beautiful updated home

This house was beautiful and perfect for our group of 7!! Would even be perfect for a bigger group! The location is very quiet and peaceful, we will definitely stay here again. We had to contact the property manager a few times and he was quick to respond ! There were lots of pool towels and bath towels provided, which was nice.
