Welcome to Palm Wave Stays, your peaceful and centrally-located retreat! Our renewed apartment boasts a King-size bed with a premium quality mattress and pillows, a full bathroom, Smart TVs, and a spacious dining and living area, making it the perfect choice for your next vacation or work trip.

Indulge in ultimate relaxation with our coffee station, where you can curl up with a book or your favorite series. Coffee lovers, we've got you covered! Our fully stocked kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer, Ninja Blender, Insta-Pot, oven, 4-stove cooktop, dishwasher, coffee station, toaster, cooking utensils, silverware, and dishes, ensuring your culinary needs are met.

For your comfort, the master bedroom features a King size bed, complete with an en-suite bathroom for added convenience. A dresser provides ample storage space, and a Smart TV offers entertainment at your fingertips. Fresh linen, mattress protector, comforters, central A/C, and blackout curtains. The master bathroom offers a rejuvenating shower, excellent hot water pressure, towels, and a vanity.

The living room welcomes you with a cozy couch, a functional working desk paired with a comfortable chair, and a dining area that seats four, perfect for meals or gatherings.

Please note that this is a 6-unit building with long-term rentals in the other units, so expect some traffic. However, you'll have your own parking spot and entrance to the apartment. Please be aware that the property does not have a mailbox.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.
📌 IMPORTANT: All required documents (ID, signed agreement, and security deposit) must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete this requirement within the 24-hour timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

Please note that the cardholder named on the reservation must be present at check-in and take a quick selfie with their ID in front of the property before we can release the entry code.

Any disturbance to the peace will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Thank you for your cooperation.
