"Overall it was a wonderful stay! I am a local that wanted to do a single night staycation with my mom, a girls’ weekend. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the tiki bar and pool area. Unfortunately the restaurant wasn’t appealing so we went out for dinner. If I was to critique anything it would be the restaurant. It felt more like a cafeteria which would be good for breakfast in the morning however it lacked the type of dining vibes that most...

"This was our 18th stay at the Lago Mar. We love it! We were upgraded to a wonderful room. Loved everything. Initially we were taken aback by the substantial increase in the cost of a set up, but the new lounge chairs are nice. Probably will limit number of set ups in the future and use the pool. $62 for a set up is a little high for us! Otherwise great! "
