We have furnished it with all new furniture including very comfortable beds and mattresses. We have not forgotten a thing!

WE CLEAN AND SANITIZE BEFORE AND AFTER EACH GUEST.

Access to the whole house and private backyard.

Guests can reach us through the Airbnb app. For emergencies please call or text.

Quiet centrally located home in Oakland Park. Close to the beach and close to Shopping, Dining, Entertainment and the Nightlife in Wilton Manors.

Plenty of parking in front of the house. Uber/Lyft recommended to enjoy the evening :-)

There is a Smart Lock on the Front Door. Guests will be ask to provide a 4 digit code prior to their arrival. This code will be used to access the home during your stay.

There will be a $35 fee if guest fails to checkout on time. Checkout is at 10am.

SURROUNDING AREA: 10 miles from Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood Airport, 3.5 miles from the beach, boat tours and other water activities, grocery store only 1.1 miles away, downtown (bars & restaurants) 3.5 miles away, Everglade Airboat Tours 30 miles away.

KID FRIENDLY: Butterfly World, Lion Country Safari, Topgolf, Tidal Wave Water Park, CastAway Water Park, Museum of Discovery and Science and Dr. Von D. Mizell-Eula Johnson State Park.

The pool is HEATED. If you want to go above 87 degrees it would be an extra $30 per night. Please communicate with us if you would like to do so. PLEASE NOTE: The pool is professionally cleaned each week. The pool shark should not be removed from the pool. It is there to keep the bottom clean.

We DO NOT allow locals to rent the home. If you request to book we will kindly decline your request.

One beach towel will be put out per guest. If any are missing upon departure there will be a $25 charge per towel missing.

SOFA BEDS: the cleaners do not make the sofa beds. If you would like sheets for them please make us aware right after confirming your booking so we can let housekeeping know. If you do not do so, we will not provide the extra sheets.

MOSQUITOES: Depending on time of year. Prevalent after dark. Keep the door closed. Apply repellent.

IGUANAS and WILD GREEN PARROTS: You may spot some Iguanas and Parrots around our Backyard Oasis - They're harmless local wildlife and part of the unique experience here!

CAR RENTAL: Looking to rent a Tesla during your stay? Ask one of the hosts for more information.

BOAT RENTAL: Would you like to enjoy some time out on the water during your stay? Ask the hosts for more information on renting a boat during your stay.

Nightmare rental

I booked the Cozy Retreat with the heated pool for 10 days. There were multiple issues with the rental. The three most offensive disappointments were the electricity was cut off for over 12 hours due to non payment of the owner to the utility company. There was a gas bbq grill advertised with an extra propane tank. Both were empty and we were told by manager that we had to get our own propane. In searching for trash bags in the kitchen we discovered dozens of dead cockroaches in the kitchen cabinet. Many of the staging photos did not reflect the actual furniture. We asked the managemt company to contact the owner and give us some financial compensation due to the issues we experienced. Over a week later and no response not even an apology.I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. They have no idea how to be a proper VRBO rental.Avoid this place!!!

A true heated pool

The house was great, it looked exactly like the pictures, and we had everything we needed. The listing said the pool was heated to 87 and it was. It was the highlight of our trip.

A Good House

This house is very clean and well laid out. The beds are comfortable and the pool is well maintained and heated to a great temp! The neighborhood is quiet. The location is easy to grocery shopping, dining out, or heading to the beach. We had a very relaxing vacation, fun in the pool and the beach. Restful sleep at night. It was great.

Pre-cruise vacay

Everything as advertised. Great weekend rental before our cruise. Nice quite relaxing neighborhood, close to many restaurants and shops/stores. The host was fantastic at answering my silly questions. Neighbor across the street had an absolute amazing Halloween masterpiece in his yard that made the stay even better lol definitely recommend. Thank you!

Great place in quiet neighborhood

We had three couples stay at this house. Had a nice time enjoying the pool and outside lounging area. We would definitely stay here again. The host answered our questions promptly which was awesome.

My family throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was the perfect size. The kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed our nightly walks in the neighborhood. Would stay here again if we venture down to Florida!

Staycation

We rented this home for as a staycation. The home was clean but much smaller than the pictures. Most vacation homes have games and things to occupy guests but this one didn’t. Everyone enjoyed the pool area so that was a plus. Nice home for a quiet getaway.

Great house in a quiet neighborhood

Very easy booking process! Came down to celebrate our girls graduation and everything was perfect. Close to all our favorites... Hard Rock, Las Olas, Galleria and Sawgrass! Would definitely stay here again! This property had everything we needed and made our stay worry free!
