  • Welcome to your home away from home in Pompano Beach! A quiet secure two story 16 unit condo property with a full time property manager on-site. This fully equipped ground floor condo is just a short 10 minute walk from the beautiful Pompano Beach, and is surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shops. Need groceries? No problem! The Publix grocery store is located right next door. Inside, you'll find a tastefully decorated condo with two bedrooms featuring a King bed and two Singles (which can be put together for a queen), two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a comfortable living room and two large flat screen TVs.. Additional amenities include quality linens, towels, beach towels, a beach wagon, beach umbrella, 2 hair dryers, iron, ironing board, high speed internet, Wi-Fi, and a quiet central AC and heating system. Take a dip in the heated pool or relax on the deck and grill up some dinner. You'll also have access to a reserved parking space for one car (with extra paid parking available across the street), as well as a full laundry facility on site. The location of this condo is truly unbeatable. The beach front offers Pier fishing, a beautiful sandy beach, splash pad, playground for kids and several waterfront restaurants. Nearby you can find a diving center, fishing pier, gyms, boat rentals, tennis, pickle ball, golf, Fort Lauderdale Water Taxi and shopping. Bring your bike or rent a bike and ride up and down the coast or ride the off road 4.4 mile loop around Pompano Airpark. With or without car this condo is surrounded by all the conveniences for a fun and memorable vacation!

The house is spectacular! Elaine was always attentive and available whenever we needed anything. The location is great, and the house is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. My family and I felt very comfortable and safe throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time there and would highly recommend this property.

Great location. Publix is right there for anything you need. Pool area was clean and inviting. Didn’t actually go in the pool, but it looked pretty clean. Owner was quick to respond when I mentioned the smoke detector battery was low.

The condo is beautifully decorated with a full kitchen. Everything was clean; communication with owner was easy; the furniture was comfortable; and the bed was not lumpy. Steps from the pool and a short walk around back to sit by the canal. The beach is a comfortable walk with several restaurants near by. It is a bonus to have a grocery store across the street without feeling like you are in a commercial district. All around a wonderful stay.

Perfect location for family of 4

Find everything you need in this very convinient appartment close to the beach, a 2 minute walk from the supermarket and to nice restaurants. We totally enjoyed it and will be back.

Great location and well appointed

The property is located just off Atlantic ave and is convenient to the beach as well as shopping. The apartment is very well appointed and clean. The host, Elaine made herself available to ensure our safe check-in. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay

Great location, super convenient spot. Pool is steps away, BBQs also. Condo is well equipped, very clean and comfortable. My kids loved it there. Some fun bars are just a couple of minutes walk away.

Awesome place to stay. The location was super convenient—close to everything I needed, including the beach, shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood was clean and felt safe, which made the stay even more enjoyable.The amenities were great and made the place feel comfortable and easy to settle into. Everything was just as described, if not better. It really met my expectations, and I would definitely stay here again if I'm back in the area. Highly recommend!

Extremely Convenient Location

We had a great stay at the property. Very conveniently for scuba in SE Florida. Quiet condo 2BR/2BA. The host was very good/responsive. Couldn't be better.

Oh my gosh, I can not say enough about Elaine and her property. Everything was wonderful. The condo is spacious and the pool is fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants to eat at and the beach is not a bad walk from her place. We will stay again.

This property is conveniently located. Steps away from Publix supermarket. Several nice restaurants close by. Nice pool and grill area! Beach is about block and half! Nice getaway and reasonably priced! Elaine is very quick to respond.

Brentwood Pompano

The condo complex was clean and quiet. We like to walk, so the location was perfect. We walked to the grocery store, beach,five different restaurants, light house and pier. The condo kit Chen was well stocked. We had a lovely time.

Felt at home

This condo had everything we needed! The space was comfortable and had a lot of the little details that made it feel like it was well cared for. We purchased groceries to save money on food, so the Publix across the street was very nice as was the kitchen which was well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances.
