Reservations will be terminated before the designated date if the property is used for parties, other large gatherings, or any activities that violate rules and guidelines.

The minimum rental age is 25 y.o.

We require a photocopy of the driver's license or valid government id of the lead guest to match the name on the credit card used for booking.

The penalty for smoking inside the apartment is $300.00

We pre-authorize $1000 on your credit card for the security deposit which will be released within 3 business days after checkout.
