"House and amenities were exactly as advertised. House was beautiful, clean and just what we wanted. Owner was great communicator and kept in touch with us during our stay. We will be returning to the area and will definitely rent from her again as long as she lists the house. AMAZING STAY!!"

"Spacious house with mountain views near Great Sand Dunes National Park. The town is tiny but not terribly far from larger towns with more amenities. We really enjoyed the space to spread out and proximity to the dunes. The house had large appliances and spacious kitchen and plenty of hot water. The gas range especially was a pleasure to use. Beds were comfy. When the ice maker appeared to have quit working, Eric kindly dropped off some ice trays for our use. We enjoyed our stay and would...

"This house was really great.. yes, a few things could be upgraded but it’s very large and quiet. You can drive anywhere within 20 to 30 min. So scenic and beautiful "

"We had a fabulous time staying at this cabin. We saw a herd of elk, plenty of deer and beautiful birds! The furnishings and cleanliness were fantastic! Having coffee and spices on site was so appreciated. We would highly recommend this place to others and hope to visit again someday! Christie"

"What a lovely little cabin. This was exactly as presented online and had extra amenities that weren’t listed. The view out the windows of the cabin was across a meadow with a creek running through it and green tree covered mountains in the background. In three days we saw elk in the meadow 5 times. Excellent common areas and air hockey was a fan favorite too. Highly recommended! "

"The yurt was very comfortable and clean. The pictures were accurate and we really appreciated the tie out for our dog. You really only need to bring yourself and your food. What a great way to camp! We did have some terrible with the power staying on but the host was extremely responsive and did his best to help. We will be back. "

"We celebrated our 20th anniversary here and we hope this place is around for years to come for us to bring friends and family. The house was so light and airy inside with tons of space, lots of seating in the living room and dinning room, games of all kinds, and everything you need in the kitchen. "This house was perfect for last getaway of the summer. The property had plenty of space for our two family’s and everything you need to cook. The wrap around deck was beautiful as were the views. We enjoyed fishing, were able to walk to disc golf course and enjoyed the town. The outside seating areas were enjoyed by all and can’t recommend this place enough. "
