"Cool country property. Lauren was great and communicated great! The house worked great for our group we weren't there a ton but the little we were it was nice and plenty of space. Only recommendation is a needs a good deep clean. All the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were all dirty and the water vacuum didn't get empty causing the house to smell but we set it outside and had no issues. "Nice room, very clean, comfortable bed, charming fireplace. As big as the room is, I wish the designer had chosen to allocate more space to the bathroom, which is quite small and cramped. Lovely having a large grassy area just outside. More than one outdoor chair would be nice. Convenient location just outside of the busy downtown area. "

"I wish I could rate this 0 stars. We were a group of 5 staying for 2 weeks, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. At first, the house seemed clean and the owner friendly, but things changed fast. The host had extreme, over-the-top rules posted all over the house. Blinds were zip-tied open so he could peek inside, which he did multiple times. He admitted watching us and commented on how we moved a table — proving he was monitoring us constantly. "The property is in a beautiful location with a great view of the hills near Vernal."

"We sure enjoyed our stay. We came as a few mom with our daughters to play a softball tournament nearby. The place was clean comfortable. Air conditioning worked great after being in the sun all day. The girls loved the hot tub and gas fireplace. We loved listening to the crickets and frogs at night in the rocking chairs out on the porch. And the stars at night were beautiful. Thanks for a relaxing stay. The girls didn’t even get to playing pickleball. Maybe next time!"

"It is a fine place to say. Despite the 4 check in time on the listing, we could not get in till 5. Too many barking dogs in the neighborhood all hours of the night. Not good! Minimal kitchen stuff. But very clean and roomy. "

"This is a great find and we wished we could stay longer: full, spacious kitchen; big bathroom with roomy whirlpool tub, washer/dryer, shower; beautiful, comfortable upper floor loft set up as living room; and cozy bedroom—all decorated in an interesting hunting lodge/ Wild West motif."

"The Rock Haus was a great spot for our Dinosaur National Monument adventures. Nick was so helpful in local rec’s for food and other places to check out. My kids loved the themes throughout the house and the rocks out back! "
