"I read some of the older reviews, and I was kind of worried. Our stay was very pleasant. The room was clean, beds were comfortable with clean linens, no signs of bugs or mold, or any of the other things reported from other reviewers. I’m sure the hotel has done some upgrades since those folks stayed. The shower was just OK but workable. Staff was very friendly. Plenty of parking. I would stay there again."

"The staff and the cleanliness of the room were great. The front desk was SO nice and breakfast was wonderful. However, I highly recommend not placing guests with dogs in the first rooms off of the lobby/bar area/pool/ice machine. I understand placing dogs on the first floor for better access to the outside is ideal but it is too much foot traffic that close to the busiest areas of the hotel. "Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms are big! My son is a wheelchair user, and was quite comfortable moving around a non-accessible double room with his chair. The toilet is definitely too low. Room was super quiet! No noise coming from the hallway. Breakfast was wonderful! Actual hot food and actual fresh fruit salad (from fresh fruit, not cans). The only complaint: none of the 3 ice machines worked!!! That was frustrating. No microwave in rooms."

"Can’t beat the location if you are on a road trip and just need a place to stay for the night. Parking easy. But ask for a room on the back of the building find you don’t want to hear the highway traffic all night. Room was clean, room was spacious as was the bathroom. Fridge is small, but microwave was very handy. "

"overall, great place to stay if you’re in town with your significant other whilst here for the Parx and Rec center just 2 miles away! 🐎 Races n now.. The Poker room is A+ as well, with good action throughout the night if you’re a winged bat, lol… you know honesty as a series maybe this place is nice a little pricey I am out some rooms are better than others. Some need to be updated and look like they belong out of the 70’s straight out of Hue Heffs mansion, but a budget version if the latter...
