Very nice property for what we paid. The 40 minute drive to Frontier Days was easy. The kids loved the community pool. Ft Collins has a cute downtown area too. Wish we had more time to explore.

Nice clean property. Beds were comfortable. It was nice to have a 2 car garage to park in. Easy access to Old Town. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hannah‘s place for our daughter‘s graduation! Check-in was seamless and the communication with Hannah was some of the best I’ve ever experienced on VRBO. Loved having 3 bathrooms and garage use! Thank you Hannah!

Parking was good. House was nice and had what we needed. The deadbolt was locked on the front door when we got there so we could not use the keypad to get in that door initially, but the main garage door was open when we arrived - unsure if that was done on purpose or not.

Great Townhouse and community pool

My family of 8 stayed very comfortably. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had everything you needed, community pool was a huge highlight and plenty of space for everyone. I would definitely stay again!

Very nice, clean, new property, great for the kids and family, only thing missing is a bbq grill! But would highly recommend it and stay there again gladly!

This condo was so nice to stay at. We loved how clean it was and the space in the condo was great - so much space that we could all feel comfortable for the long weekend. It was also really nice to have an attached garage to park in while there. The location was great for everything we were doing while in town for our son’s wedding. We will definitely stay here again when back in town, we highly recommend it.

Clean spacious rooms, kitchen, living room, etc. Street parking was a little hard to find because the garage door was not working, but the host communicated to us ahead of time about that, which was helpful for planning. Overall a nice place to stay.

Very clean, great amenity options, close to a lot of great restaurants and outings, family friendly neighborhood. Very easy to communicate and get into residence.

Parking was in a secure one car garage. We did not have to worry about parking a second car.We were in Fort Collins to visit our daughter’s family, so ate all our lunches and dinners there. The kitchen had enough utensils for breakfast for the four of us.
