Maggie was an excellent host! Her communication and willingness to accommodate our needs was absolutely fantastic and very appreciated. The property was clean, well-supplied, and homey. I especially appreciated the window AC units and box fans, because the heat dome that hit us during our stay was INTENSE! Little touches made this space home - our toddler made quick friends with a little purple bear in the kids' box and it became her little buddy as we explored Fort Collins. And while parking can usually be a beast in Old Town, the location of the property had surprisingly convenient street parking! We'd definitely stay with Maggie again!

Great location

We enjoyed the location of this property relative to downtown. It was easy for us to walk 1 block to the heart of downtown where there are endless options for restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and people-watching.

Outstanding Property & Location!

Property was clean, comfortable,and truly gave vibe of home away from home. Provided A+ amenities and communication with owner was positively seamless, efficient, and timely. Proximity to Old Fort Collins was added bonus to our stay experience. We look forward to future stays!

Roomy house with perfect downtown location.

Location is perfect for Olde Town. Only one block away. Minimally furnished but has all the necessities. Will definitely be our go to place in Fort Collins.

Perfect location

We had a great stay in Ft Collins and this property is in a great location. Close to town and CSU. We walked most of the time we were here. Maggie is great with communication. With my son now going to CSU, we hope to book again soon.

Great location

Great location, clean house, nice amenities. There's no central ac so it was very hot when we checked in, but after running the wall units and using the fans provided, we got the house to a comfortable temperature. The host is very responsive as well.

Weekend Stay

Great location, iconic Old Town property, ample room,. Didn’t know it was an upstairs apartment in a multi unit house, but it worked well for my adult kids & me. Parking a challenge at times.

Drums Along the Rockies

My son was performing in the Blue Knights. Location worked out great. Window air conditioners and fans helped keep us cool with 100+ temps.

Location is perfect

You can’t beat the location of this house. Just a few minutes to all the shops and restaurants. The house is funky but served it’s purpose. My only suggestions would be to have extra blankets, more kitchen supplies, and more comfortable beds. For the price and location I would recommend it. Thank you!

The location of this place was amazing! Walk to everything. Of course, with that comes a little difficulty parking. The listing says there is parking out front but didn’t mention that it isn’t available much of the time. Then you just have to park a block or so away. Not terrible but a little difficult with groceries or luggage. Plenty of space, nicely equipped kitchen. The shared space in the courtyard is a little awkward. The people living on the bottom were obviously not pleased when I walked through to get to this unit - even though I had no choice. They couldn’t even say hello. Made me feel less than welcome, that’s for sure. But other than that I really enjoyed my stay!

Great location!

Friends and I decided to take a trip to Colorado. First stop...Fort Collins. This property has unlimited free on street parking right in front and is in walking distance to Old Town. The place was clean and had window air conditioners to keep us cool. There was great communication between the owner and myself from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this location for anyone who wants a great place to stay in a convenient location!

Review

Clean, adequate. Best feature: Close to Old Towne. Very loud AC. You had better put some caution tape on the step into the kitchen before you wind up in a lawsuit for a fall.
