"Upon arrival the reception staff were very helpful, supported us with where to park which is a chargeable car park nearby. The room was not ready as we arrived early, we were expecting a call to confirm when it was ready, that didn’t come, and we eventually went to check back at reception at 5 and managed to get into our room at this time. The room was very comfortable and spacious. Great room facilities. The downside was the pool area and changing rooms both inside and out, these are not to 5*...

La piscina muy bien, asi como el desayuno.

"We arrived early but there were 2 very nice staff members there to greet us, 😁 allowed us to change clothes and stored our luggage.
The apartment literally had everything we needed, dishware, utensils, glasses, dishwasher with cleaning tablets. A nice table to sit at for meals. Comfortable couch to watch TV. A nice entryway table to drop off things like our sunglasses, etc. Beds were comfortable, linens soft. Easy keyless entry. The only negative I would say was the directions for using the...

"Paid for 3 people. Got a cot which was worse than our camping cot. And just above ground level. Horrible horrible bed option foe 3rd person. Miserable night sleep.
This is the not the fault of the front desk people who are quite lovely.
Bathroom was nice but toilet flusher sticks. Had to jiggle it to have water stop."
