  • Esta encantadora casa se encuentra un Olivar de 10.000 m2 en la montaña del Puig Major con vistas a la 'Sierra de Tramuntana', declarada Patrimonio de la Humanidad en la categoría de Paisaje Cultural por la UNESCO. Ideal para disfrutar de la paz y la tranquilidad de un entorno rústico. A sólo 8 minutos de Fornalutx, a 15 minutos de distancia del pueblo de Sóller, así como la playa de Puerto de Sóller. La casa es un ejemplo de vida sostenible, utilizando la energía solar. Ofrece mobiliario de buen gusto de madera y la artesanía de piedra. Es parte de una finca más grande, independiente y privada, con acceso y aparcamiento propio, rodeado de árboles, huertos y marjales. Lugar ideal para caminar, hacer excursiones, paseos maravillosos a través de los paisajes de montaña de las inmediaciones, son fácilmente accesibles.

    Fornalutx ha sido votado como el pueblo más bonito de España en varias ocasiones. Situado en un valle de las montañas de la Sierra de Tramuntana, rodeado de naranjos, limoneros y olivos, con sus marjales de piedra de estilo morisco. Soller es considerado como uno de los pueblos más bonitos y románticos de la isla. Ambos pueblos con sus casas de piedra, naranjos, etc. Encontrará variedad de bares y restaurantes con su encanto especial y la cocina tradicional mallorquina. También tienen su propio mercado local, bancos y tiendas. En el Puerto de Sóller podrá encontrar algunos bares y buenos Restaurantes donde seguro disfrutará de pescado fresco y carne también, algunos situados en primera línea del mar. Desde el Puerto se realizan excursiones en barco para visitar la costa norte (gran recorrido-GR). También se practica el ciclismo de montaña.

The property is well into the moutains and is extremely quiet set in a very rustic olive grove with sheep and goats grazing on the hill side and around the villa (but not in it). The villa itself was extremely clean. Accessing the property did involve driving on a very windy road up the mountains but the scenery was wonderful. The host was very hospitable and met us in the car park of a restaurant near by and took us to the villa. It would have been a challenge to find it otherwise. Food could be bought in grocery stores in small villages within a 10-15 minute drive down the mountain side. For people looking for a total escape the property certainly has good appeal

Very nice house in the mountain

Very pleasant stay. The house is confortable, the landscape is amazing and we had very neighbours (sheeps and lambs 😊) And thanks to Mari’s warm welcome and advice.

This was a great mountain escape close to the small towns and mountainous drives and trails. The kitchen with the wood fireplace was fantastic as we often chose to make our meals and enjoy a roaring fire. The bonus was listening and seeing the sheep and baby lambs in the farm next to the house. It was a lovely stay and we would come again.

Superbes vacances pour 1 semaine près de Fornalutx. Gîte extrêmement calme, sans voisins, sans internet, très propre, tres bien équipé et tres bien placé pour la randonnée dans la tramuntana

We absolutely loved our time spent in this peaceful setting. If you love the sound of birds and enjoy hiking, privacy, an amazing location, central to so many beautiful towns, you will love it here. Set in a mountain valley on an ancient olive farm with amazing indoor/outdoor living complete with outdoor kitchen, eating area and patio furniture to sit and gaze at the stars. We were sad to leave this beautiful home and the friendly sheep! Thanks to Tomeu and Mari for the great communication, friendly tips and great hospitality!

Fabulous slice of heaven in the country

We enjoyed our stay immensely. It was the perfect place to get off the grid and enjoy some peace and tranquility. The home is nestled among groves of olive trees, with spectacular views all around. The herd of sheep was an added bonus...we were entertained by them daily!

Séjour au calme dans un magnifique environnement

Tout a déjà été dit sur cette très belle ferme traditionnelle majorquine : le calme (avec pour seuls voisins les moutons), l’environnement magnifique, la très agréable maison avec sa cuisine extérieure… Un lieu idéal pour explorer la sublime serra de tramuntana !

If you want to get away from it all this is a great place. The outside cooking area was especially good where we cooked on a wood fire every night plus there was a wood fired oven for pizzas etc. Good location for walking. Beautiful location amid the olive groves.

Wer eine Unterkunft weit weg vom Trubel sucht ist hier genau richtig. Mitten in den Bergen, zwischen alten Olivenbäumen gelegen. Perfekt für Wandertouren und gemütliche Abende.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in der Natur. Das Haus ist ein schönes altes Steinhaus mit viel Charme. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war sehr herzlich und schön. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Das Haus und der Außenbereich sind super, es gibt sogar schnelles Internet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich.Wie auch in der Beschreibung ersichtlich ist das Haus sehr abgelegen, bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es gut 20 minuten mit dem Auto, es gibt keine möglichkeit mit den ÖPNV zu fahren

Super Unterkunft

Was noch vorhanden ist, sind diese drei herrlichen, robusten traditionellen mallorquinischen Merkmale: die Stille (mit Blick auf die majestätischen Berge), die wundervolle Umgebung und die drei komfortablen Häuser mit Außenküche... Ein perfekter Ort, um das beeindruckende Tramuntana-Gebirge zu entdecken!
