In addition, I had to have my room changed twice, resulting in a refund due to the cleanliness of the room.One bedroom suite. There were spots on every piece of furniture.There was odors in the room ripped carpets stains on the wall.Very disgusting to say the least. I had to request a full refund and find another hotel ."

"The hotel was amazing for the price. It was clean and spacious. It was everything you would want for a good night stay or vacation. It was close to restaurants and my family. I plan to make this my go to hotel when visiting family in the area. The hotel staff was very courteous and professional. "

"There was a heaping pile of trash bags under one of the public staircases. At one point, there was a vagrant rummaging through the bags. Other than that, the stay was okay. "

Sketchy people around property and cops driving around so must be a bad area. A sketchy looking man stood outside my door for over an hour on the phone while I was trying to sleep, I felt unsafe. Old, musty, splintered wooden furniture, no water pressure in the shower, 70s style wallpaper that was peeling, non-working exhaust fan in the bathroom so the mirrors constantly fogged up after a shower, pillows felt more like large handkerchiefs w/ little down filling in them, etc. "

"The property sits in front of a very active train track and intersection. The trains use their horns at intersection, and trains pass every two hours throughout the day and overnight. I left early and was not retunded for the nuisance. Customer service is terrible, Managment was supposed to contact me regarding the matter, however no response. It was clean, however will never stay here again and will not be considering Hamptons for stays in the future."
