Catch gorgeous lakefront sunsets at this two-bedroom Forestdale home on the shores of Weeks Pond with a beautiful back patio, a spacious fenced yard, and easy driving access to the beaches of Cape Cod!

This waterfront home sits on the eastern banks of Weeks Pond, on a quiet cul-de-sac that provides both tranquility and convenience. Take morning paddles out on the pond, ride your bikes on the local paths, and soak in the summer sunshine on Old Silver, Chapoquoit, or South Cape Beach (all within 11 miles).

Wake up each morning to sip your coffee in a rocking chair on the front porch and use the free WiFi to make plans for the day ahead. After a sunny day on the sand, toss your bathing suit in the washer/dryer, get a head start on dinner in the full kitchen (with stainless steel appliances), and enjoy coffee and dessert in the Adirondack chairs out back.

Beautiful scenery

I didn't interact with property manager.Overall a nice place to get away. I am not a fan of massachusetts and hope i never have to return but if i have to i would rent this house again.

Very very clean. It was awesome. A little weird for à tv in the mud room but I don’t travel to watch tv so, I didn’t care. Great outside sitting arrangements Beds could be more comfortable if anything negative

Home away from home

We really enjoyed our stay, and the house, last time we were there, which I why we stayed a second time. The bed is comfortable, the home is roomy and clean.

Peaceful, Relaxing, Convenient

Our family enjoyed this clean, comfortable home with a relaxing patio view of the pond. We grilled our dinners each night, went for walks in the neighborhood, and were able to get to our planned excursions with ease each day. A grocery store is close by, for convenience.

Check-in nightmare

The property was as described. The check-in was a nightmare. The code didn't work and the lock-box key didn't open the lock. Also the outside plugs didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone. Accessing the property took more than 2 hours, 3 phone calls and 1helpful neighbor. The local property manager did not contact me until the next morning. At check-out, when the cleaners arrived, they couldn't open the door with the code. They used an over-ride code that I had not been provided.

Wish we had another couple of days

My husband, son, and I attended a wedding in nearby Sandwich, so we spent two nights at the "Weeks Pond Charmer." It really was charming - my only complaint was that we needed more time to enjoy the area. The house was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and a perfect size for the three of us. We also appreciated the pond and outdoor space as well as the quiet neighborhood (that said, we were there after Labor Day - a quieter time on the Cape in general).

Great location.

Need some painting done and some light switches didn’t work. Master bathroom need tiles to be redone in shower and the main bathroom sink leaked. The kitchen table was very sticky seems like it was spray painted. Over all it was nice and close to the pond. Would stay again

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood

My wife and I were looking for a quiet place to get away for our anniversary. This home fit the bill perfectly. Very clean and nice view of the lake. The bed was very comfortable.

Nice Place

This was a lovely small home. The kitchen was great. The backyard overlooked a lake. The property is well maintained. The only issues I had were: 1. When there were questions, we spoke to the property manager and they NEVER responded with the answers. 2. We did not know where the lockbox was but we were able to use the code so we didn't need a key. 3. One bathroom faucet had a terrible leak. I had to wrap towels around it so that anything on the counter would not get drenched. 4. The oven was not clean when I got there (I had to run it through self cleaning). However, despite the above, the home was absolutely lovely and clean (except noted above). I enjoyed the grounds and the firepit. I would stay here again.

Overall

Really enjoyed our stay was very nice property and convenient. Only problem we had was washer machine wouldn’t spin out so had to wring out the clothes then put them in the dryer. One bathroom ran out of toilet paper and the master bathroom door handle fell off several times. Hall bathroom faucet leaked . Otherwise great stay and would stay there again.

30th Birthday Weekend

The stay was more then we could have asked for! The house had plenty of space for everyone and had a bonus room downstairs. We had access to the lake and the backyard and fire pit was a plus! The house and area were beautiful. Would recommend staying here, wish we had a longer stay.

We are a family of five who had a great stay here. It was clean, quiet and cozy. The only thing we thought needed attention was the comfort of the beds- all were very firm and noisy when you moved, but everything else in this lovely home was just right!

So relaxing!!!

What a wonderful place for us to stay for the week!!! The two teenagers loved the bonus room downstairs. The lake view is awesome and it was so quite and peaceful!!! Would highly recommend!

Very nice clean house, comfortable sectional in the finished basement, big tv, gas grill on the patio, and a fire pit. The only thing missing was a real coffee maker.

Great!

We stayed here just before Memorial Day and were fortunate with the weather. Our boys (8 and 6) loved the yard, which was fenced in, and the access to the pond. There are steps going down a fairly steep hill to the water. It’s not on a beach, but the boys played around in the water and “built rafts” with the drift wood. There is a really nice lake beach within a five minute walk that we went to several times. The water there was perfect for them. Shallow, very nice sand, and clean water. The house was lovely and nicely renovated throughout. We made good use of the grill and fire pit. The house shares the street with only one or two other homes, it’s very private. My wife and I watched the sun go down from the west facing back yard looking out over the pond. It was very pretty. Highly recommended.
