"I did not feel that the room and common areas were remarkably clean. I noticed hair in the shower before we used it, and just general grime in the bathroom. The carpet also had spots. In the breakfast area, the cabinets were sticky and dirty. I opened them to find a plastic knife."

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the walls were not very sound proof at all. The tv in the living area next door could be heard all night while sleeping in the pullout in our living room. I also woke up to the Rocky theme coming from the room on the other side. Regardless, I think I would stay there again for the room layout and cleanliness."

"The property was really clean and well-maintained. Everyone was super helpful when we needed something. We stayed during the week, so it was unfortunate that we couldn't take advantage of the bowling alley. In addition, we didn't utilize the pool or fitness center, so I can't speak to those. The room was big and clean. We ate in the bar/dining room several times. It would be great if there was a little more to the menu, and they served a little later, but overall, the food was really good, and...

"First time staying at a Great Wolf Lodge. Was a wonderful time. Onsite food selection was great and easy to order ahead of time if wanted. Waterpark was as expected. Many other activities available to keep the kids entertained was a nice touch. Arcade is expensive and having to pay to park were my only disappointments. Otherwise highly recommend!"

"Hotel main trash service pickup was directly below my room window and was extremely loud when unloading and loading rolloff dumpsters at 4am. No way to sleep through the noise. Shuttle service was very good to and from the airport. Toilet clogged after one use with no plunger available. Remodeling going on a large portion of the main floor causing issues. Carpet on the hallway floors is to thick. Great to walk on but terrible to roll or pull luggage across. You will work up a sweat pulling...
