"My daughter chose this property for the indoor pool, and it absolutely delivered. The pool was beautiful, well-maintained, and kept the kids entertained and active throughout our stay. The house itself was spotless and even more spacious than we expected. The kitchen and living areas had plenty of room for meals, movie nights, and just relaxing together.The entire property felt peaceful and secluded, making it a perfect escape. One of our favorite parts was walking the scenic trails every day—it...

"House was lovely. Rustic, yet very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. There was a very short walk to the river with a beautiful deck for watching the birds and eagles. We enjoyed it and will hopefully return again!"

"Best stay ever! The cottage was super cozy and cute! Meticulously decorated with a country vibe and felt welcomed. Super clean and felt safe using kitchen supplies. A very sweet hand written card with farm fresh eggs and a cute succulent was a nice surprise. When going for a walk to the river, all of the friendly neighbors waved at us! "This was our 3rd stay at the Rails to Trails Lakehouse. Although the weather was cold and wet, we had a great relaxing weekend and even caught a few bass."

"Fabulous getaway! Pictures do not do this lakefront home justice. Extremely spacious and welcoming.. you would never know that this home was even attached to the owner’s home. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to make use of the outdoor lake toys. Know your directions as Verizon cell phone service does not work in that area.. Definitely will be rebooking!"

"This is a nice, historic farmhouse on a stream right outside of Hancock, NY. Centrally located for drift boat trips on the West Branch and Mainstem. Although it is on a two lane road, the backyard is very private and the large windows give a great view of the stream."

"My siblings and I , along with our children, stayed in the home while visiting our parents for the holidays who live right down the street. It was the perfect place to stay for a few nights. The kitchen was fully stocked, the bedrooms were spacious and the living room was a great place to gather around the wood burning fireplace. The owner was so accommodating and quick to respond with any questions. Will definitely stay here again. "
