"Every was exactly as described. Very remote cabin on the river with wonderful neighbors not too close by. Very clean and upgraded property with amazing sunsets. I would definitely recommend."

"Historic home in a part of St Joseph I think that is called Museum Hill. James has done a great job of restoring the home it is a nice and comfortable place to stay. "

"The cabin itself was clean and was located very close to the river which we wanted. The neighbors rv's and camping trailers and then like a boat storage place. There weren't outdoor seats to enjoy the view like the pictures. I was looking forward to a nice bonfire but without chairs we decided to stay inside (weather got bad anyway)"

"4 sisters stayed. We were going to the flea market. It had everything we needed. The place was very clean. A little quirky in the layout. It reminded us of staying at grandma's house3. Check in and check out was very easy."

"My mom, sister and I met in St. Jo for a girls getaway! The property is perfectly located! Fully stocked, super comfortable and safe! Parking was easy! Great location for history, shopping and quilting! Hit Betty’s for some pie if you have time!! Gore psychiatry museum was fascinating! "

"This place was beyond spectacular! It is one of the most intriguing places I’ve ever stayed & hope to come back soon. The detail was impeccable & I just love the creativity & care they put into their home. Anyone could get lost into a magical world & leave reality behind for a bit here. it had everything you could need, it was very clean & so comfortable. The host was wonderful as well. If you’re looking for some laughs & great memories without much effort then book it! "

"The host was very accommodating to our unique circumstances. We really appreciated that.There was a mix-up, and we got locked out. I thought it would be a nightmare to get fixed, but the hosts responded right away and got us fixed up in minutes.Also, we had fun with the old school arcade game in the basement. My teenagers enjoyed the unique bit of nostalgia.Great place."

"Check in process was smooth. Good communication. Locked myself out on check out day, Called the Host very early in the morning, they answered and resolved my issue immediately. Had a wonderful experience again on a second visit. "
