"We checked in. Went to our room tried to get on and the door would not open. We had our dog with us and we were hot, sweaty and tired. By the look of the hotel, we decided to leave. At the front desk returned the keys and asked for a refund the girl at front desk did the refund. Waiting on the refund on my credit card."

"IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE STAY AWAY!!
Paid and checked in to our room. Then we saw the room was not anything close to the pictures. It clearly smelled mold. We tried to get a partial refund. They refused it. When we informed them that we will be sharing our experience and pictures on expedia, the management called the police and got us out of property and still charged us for the stay, effectively stealing our money.
If you like India slums without going to India, this is the perfect place!

"The breakfast did not include scrambled eggs or a variety of fruit. The water coming out of the shower and sink makes it impossible to rinse off soap properly. It is strange—it feels as if the water itself contains soap; when we rub our hands together, it lathers up, and for this reason, we are unable to rinse off soap and shampoo effectively. It is a good hotel, however; the facilities are comfortable, the air conditioning is excellent, and the staff is very friendly."

"One Elevator remained broken the entire stay. Water in bathroom was absolutely horrible and smells like sulfur, it was awful. How does a “remodeled” hotel have no alarm clock?? The rooms smelled musty after speaking with others on 3rd floor. The breakfast was basically empty metal pans. Sadly, this property has gone down hill and looks like it won’t be our “go to” place to stay when in town. "
