"Out of the last three times we've stayed there.Air conditioning didn't work two of the three. Had to move to a different room. Other than that, it's a really nice hotel."

"When i checked in Shae the front desk rep was very friendly and accomodate as required. We lost the car keys and they didn't even went inside the office to look and said they don't have it but later at night when we came back and asked the front desk he went inside the office and got the lost keys."

"Hot water in the shower didn’t work, I tried calling down to the front desk but the phone wasn’t working either. On my way out for the day I let the front desk know and they had it fixed but somehow that messed with the toilet and the toilet was making a ridiculously loud noise all night every 10 min, making it impossible to get good sleep. Again, couldn’t call the front desk for help without having to walk down there myself, which I just didn’t do because it was 11pm. Nice aesthetic hotel but...

"En primero nonera la habitación que yo reserve, estaba sucia olía un poco mal y las tuallas tenían gusanitos no tome foto por que mi hija los mato y tiro era solo una noche pero aun que sea una noche queremos algo comodo y limpio lo agarre por que tenia buenas reseñas pero nada que ver con las buenas reseñas"

"The smell in the apt was awful. Smelled dirty even though it appeared tidy/clean. Carpet was old & disgusting. Could not open any windows to air out. Turned on air when arriving hoping that would help smell while we stepped out for a few hours but that did not help. When we arrived back we left because we could not stay there due to smell & had to pay for a hotel about 10min down the road. "

"Location was great. Check in was great. Dishes were dirty. Bed was small (not sure it’s even a queen, pretty sure it’s a full). Bed has one side that is very warn and one side that is not; over all bed is very uncomfortable and also has a plastic sound. Pillows were flat- extremely old. White towels were dingy, did not feel clean. Nothing to sit on out on the patio either. I would say very classic of “you get what you pay for”."
