"The room was quiet, clean, included modern furnishings but was quite small. Its being renovated, there was no construction noise, but the common access points to to the hotel rooms look a bit rough! I'm sure once the reno's are done it will be a big improvement to those spaces. Plenty of car parking and easy to find."

"Had a fantastic stay at Punthill Sunshine. The room was huge and spotless, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. The kitchen was well-furnished, which was a nice bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I really appreciated the complimentary still and sparkling water. Highly recommend!"

"Insgesamt gut, gerade was das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis betrifft. Für das Geld völlig in Ordnung. Sauber, nicht zu groß, die Bäder sind gut ausgestattet und auch sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, aber auch hier für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Die Lage ist ok, Parkplätze sind durch den Pendlerparkplatz direkt nebenan mehr als ausreichend vorhanden. Zu Geräuschempfindlich sollte man allerdings nicht sein, es ist doch relativ viel zu hören. Was wirklich nervig war ist die Matratze....

"Excellent docklands location, Pool was wonderful, customer service was good except the staff member on the buffet breakfast, he was outstanding, really friendly and explained everything available to us, was very warm and welcoming. Everything was pretty clean and the pool was wonderful. Only feedback would be to ensure the pool lounges have been cleaned of mess in the afternoon and the check in staff should let people checking in of the promotions available for guests to take care of eg 50%...

"From the outside this place looks a bit run down but our unit (No 25) appears to have had a recent total renovation which is of a high standard. Can't say they are all the same but this one is very good. The bathroom is excellent. Odd shaped but large shower recess with a strong and well regulated water flow. "It is probably an issue with Australia and not this hotel, but we were staying there during the Easter weekend for 4 days and we only got our room cleaned once, because the cleaners were off during the Easter… Other than that it was a great stay in a great location!!"
