"Beautiful view of the beach, spent a lot of time just on the lawn in front of the hotel. Location is excellent; in the heart of downtown but slightly off the main drag so it's very quiet. Feels like you're "away from it all" but in reality you're a 69 second walk to the bustling street corner! AND you can access the beach from the back walkway in about 4-5 min. The room isn't that big, but it's big enough and the kitchenette has been great. I've already said we'll stay here again next time! "

The beds were comfy and the breakfast amenities were good. The location is pretty cool and the BBQ stuff they have for loaner use is a really nice touch. I see why they were rated top stay in trip advisor !! "

The trolley service has no designated stop any where near the property now, you have to go out and Hope one comes by and wave it down. It wouldn’t be that big a problem except there is no timetable anywhere for their schedules. Otherwise no complaints!"

"From the moment we pulled in we were happy with the facilities. The man that I checked in with was extremely nice and friendly. He gave us great information about the area including the walk to Moody Beach.

"Location, location, location!!! Fabulous spot to spend a birthday week!!! Wish I could’ve stayed longer!!! The service was amazing- the hotel staff stopped in each day to check on us and give us more coffee pods, toilet paper, etc. I would love fresh coffee in the hotel lobby for early morning risers. It’s hard to make coffee at 5am with others sleeping. ❤️"
