"My dad and I had a great stay. All of the attention to detail was appreciated. Though it is not a full kitchen, it had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, very clean space. The property owners were friendly and so easy to communicate with, starting the day before we arrived saying everything was ready for us. I would gladly stay here again if I am ever in the area."

"Extremely clean, host was very quick to reply to my questions and even started a campfire for us. My husband fished while I enjoyed the wine we were left by the host. The “outdoor shower was amazing and the restroom was very clean. They thought of so many little things to help make our overnight comfortable …and the Golf course restaurant was outstanding- laid back atmosphere and you can wear shirts and t shirt. On our list of favorites now. "

"This was a perfect weekend getaway for our family! Even our dog felt right at home and relaxed. The house was warm and inviting and the grounds were amazing. We were lucky enough to catch quite possibly the most beautiful sunset we've ever seen from the deck! With a trip to Cooperstown mixed in with family game night back at the house, it was perfect!"

"PHENOMENAL!!!! This was our first trip together!! Me and my fiancé stayed here from Monday evening until Wednesday morning. The hosts are very reliable and always available in a timely manner for any questions or concerns we had. very thoughtful setup from the kitchen utensils/dishware, laundry detergent and surprisingly bug sprays and PLENTY of snacks. "Love the quaint appeal of the house. Met some neighbors very friendly. Visited a shop near there very unique. Every thing was near by went for train ride A boat tour on a lake in Cooperstown Howes Caverns and other places. My friends and I really enjoyed it we are thinking of coming back in the future. We even had a small furry visitor daily. We had all the necessities."
