"The property itself is awesome once you’re checked in and in your apartment for your stay. The pool was great with plenty of seating, valet trash pickup if you’re staying during the weekdays, and plenty of creature comforts to make your stay easy. The property is located in what seems to be a nice location and puts you within minutes of anything you could really want to do around the area. "This stay was awesome, and the communication from the host was top-tier. She was responsive immediately to the problems we had with the home during the stay and accommodated appropriately for the unexpected change in the trip. Would love to stay again, or recommend to anyone looking in Charlotte. Very quiet neighborhood, and felt very safe. The huge fenced-in backyard was very nice for our dogs. "

"The property was nice but we had problems with the entry codes and had to resort to using the door keys located in the lock box which we then had to get the code to use. The property did have a minor bug issue that needs to be resolved. The property was in a nice, older neighborhood and not within easy walking distance of dining options. However, it was close to the family we were visiting so the over-all location was good."

"Easy check-in, fully stocked equipment in kitchen, lots of areas to spread out for a large group, outside area is fantastic in its design for that. Three refrigerators was a huge benefit for us. "The house was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and washcloths available, which was a nice touch even though we brought our own. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I can truly say we had a relaxing stay. Everything was perfect!"
