"Nice house, quiet neighborhood. Back patio is the best! We spent most of our time there. That being said, we were unable to control the thermostat and we were not allowed to use the two car garage. We didn’t like that much."

"Such a nice home we stayed at for 5-weeks. Beds very comfortable, kitchen much bigger than mine at home, which is favorable. Shower off the master bedroom was large and walk-in. Big fenced in yard, our dog loved that. Quiet neighborhood never disturbed by the home behind us. No-homes next to us, plenty of places to walk the dog along the streets. Home was supplied with everything we needed! Very fine and relaxing! Nearby Crystal River offered many activities, an airboat tour was so much fun...

"Kim was a superb host! Helpful, available but not intrusive at all. The accommodation was clean, new, well equipped and in a lovely waterfront environment that transported me back to the many historical novels set in the south that I have been so enamored with. Beautiful old Florida with moss hanging from trees and beautiful bird songs abound. We enjoyed the nearby springs and rivers and had a lovely time."

"We absolutely loved this house! It was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and incredibly well stocked. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought into making sure guests have everything they could possibly need, from kitchen essentials to toiletries.
On the last day of our stay, I even sent the owners a message thanking them for such a wonderful experience, and they responded very kindly.

"The property was great for our month long plus a few days stay. The beds were very comfortable and the fenced in yard was perfect for our little dog. Marsha was a great host, responding to our needs within a short period of time.
