"The house was very clean, updated appliances, nice mattresses. It is situated on a side street with occasional cars going by. It was quiet by bedtime. Good water pressure and hot water.
There is a Keurig coffee maker and pods. It would have been nice to have regular sugar packs instead of Sweet and Low. I loved the assortment of mugs and nice pots and pans.
The location was 20-30 minutes from scenic areas like Rainbow Springs and Crystal River. Dunnellon is to the North and has some unique...

"We had a wonderful time staying in this home for a peaceful weekend getaway in January 2025. The home was exceptionally clean, well maintained, well equipped with supplies for our needs, and had a very peaceful private backyard with a fire pit that we enjoyed during our stay. "Kim was a superb host! Helpful, available but not intrusive at all. The accommodation was clean, new, well equipped and in a lovely waterfront environment that transported me back to the many historical novels set in the south that I have been so enamored with. Beautiful old Florida with moss hanging from trees and beautiful bird songs abound. We enjoyed the nearby springs and rivers and had a lovely time."
