"Would recommend this for anyone wanting a quiet comfortable spot. Close to many stores and areas for Errands/a night out. Very clean and neat. There is a garage for overnight parking which is nice, unfortunately it was too small to fit my Truck (ford f150) but it was no big deal. Property manager was very communicative and helpful. If there was one thing I would say is I wish there was a tv in the bedroom, although the couch is more than comfortable enough to watch some tv and nap on. "

"Great little house, loved the deck and open floor plan. Teens loved the game room. The wife is generally pretty critical of cleanliness, and she was happy with everything. No complaints, my family of 6 had a wonderful time and enjoyed the area as well as the house. We would stay here again for sure. "

"This was exactly one we needed. The right amount of space. We booked late and was so happy it was available. Comfy beds, enough linens & towels for both days. We were a family of 8 and it was so roomy. We came in for a funeral and didn’t want to eat out a lot. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook big and small meals. "I loved the cottage it was perfect for us. Everyone had their own room, and I loved the play areas in the home for the kids. The location was perfect walking distance to everything. The only thing is if you want to go swimming be sure to have a membership for Lake Arrowhead or take a drive to Lake Gregory. We had a great time!"

"The property was amazing and super clean, check in was so easy and the owner was very quick to respond to all questions. The indoor spa put the cherry on top it was so relaxing and clean. "I stayed here to have a central gathering place for friends and family who were in town to celebrate my doctoral graduation ceremony. The house was spacious for many individuals to comfortably hang out and the three bedrooms were helpful with overnight guests. I recommend this house for anyone looking for a gathering spot or an event. The only downside was check-in instructions weren’t on the vrbo app but the host was very responsive and got them to me within a few minutes."
