Welcome to Deerpath Hill- a new construction, 3 bed/2.5 bath gem just an easy walk from the pristine Western shore of Geneva Lake. Located in the peaceful Indian Hills association, the neighborhood delivers a quintessential lake cottage feel and is home to many part-time residents who flee to our beautiful area during the summers. Catch a morning hike and admire the historic mansions on the scenic, 21-mile shore path and easily take off for a day of shopping, wining and dining in downtown Lake Geneva. This home has been laid out with entertainment in mind, featuring an open floor plan, a light and bright kitchen and a back deck overlooking the nature that abounds. Once the trees fill in for the season, you find yourself in your very own slice of nature and enjoy a wonderful sense of seclusion from the other homes in the area. While the first floor is ideal for congregating after a day by the water, the upper level provides comfortable accommodations to begin and end your vacation days. The master features a king and a beautiful en-suite bath with a large shower and double sinks. The second bedroom houses a queen with a large closet, while a third bunk room offers a perfect sleeping option for the kids. All bedrooms are equipped with a wall-mounted smart TV. An additional full bath can also be found on the upper level along with a half bath off the living room, only adding to the convenience of this upscale Fontana getaway.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. The backyard was so peaceful and full of wildlife. Would love to stay here again one day!

Wow, I've done quite a bit of traveling and have stayed at a variety of VRBO's across the US. By far, this was the nicest place I've every stayed, especially the top notch decorating. Check in was an absolute breeze with some personal welcome touches. The lights being on upon arrival was very helpful and welcoming! Everything is brand new! Very well equipped kitchen, loved the fireplace, TV's in every room was very accommodating. We absolutely loved the week we spent here! Thank you so much!
