"It was very nice and quiet area. We enjoyed our stay and plan to use again. We were there for a MRA mud race hosted at the drag strip. There was plenty of room for my husbands truck and trailer to be parked while we were out doing our visit. We look forward to coming back next yeqr!!"

"I appreciate that I could find a place to stay for under $1000 for 3 things offer Labor Day weekend close to Panama City. Great for a family trip and kids. Kitchen has everything you need. I would just recommend having some olive oil and aluminum foil and zip lock bags for families that are traveling and want to take snacks to the beach. Otherwise, excellent. Thank you for the hospitality. "

"At first i was a little leary. Different than most of my getaways. But after a couple of hours got use to it and was very comfortable. Would I do it again? YES!!! One thing NEED Smart TVs. Only like 6 ot 7 channels on the current TVs.ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH "

"This place is a very charming, we had a wonderful time here. Place is very clean and well stocked. Kids will love the loft that has two twin beds and small chairs overlooking living room. "

"The home is huge and has a lot of space. There is a lot to do with the kids. I enjoyed the home and property. "

"This was a perfect location for relaxing and playing. There were several things to do in the area. You can watch the cows and goats be milked on the property, or explore the area to tube/kayak down the Chipola river, hike, explore caves at the caverns state park, swim in the several springs, shop. We really enjoyed all of the animals the host had. Cows, goats, pigs, ducks, chickens, peacocks, and the sweetest farm dogs that will likely visit you throughout your stay. "I have never been bothered by the owners or property owner when I rented any where else. oneday the owner was waiting when I got there to tell me They rented a room that was in the house I rented, another day my phone kept ringing while I was enjoying a day with my grand kids and the owners they wantedto enter the house while I was not there and when I asked them not too, they left me a rude voice mail saying I could not use the pool now because I did not want them in the house with my personal...

"Cottage is much nicer than advertised, lake view is relaxing. We had center unit of 3, and hardly noticed other renters. Advertised picture is back of cottage, well equipped kitchen, clean and comfortable, quiet a c unit, pet friendly, we saw a small alligator in the lake while we sat on the dock bench (about 3 ft),and had frogs visit the porch in the morning. Will most likely stay here again in the future. Thanks "
