"The room had a dog smell, the shower caulk had mildew, the bed sheets had holes and the room phone was not connected (not even wires to plug the phone into the phone plug). Other aspects of the room needed some maintenance and TLC also such as wear and tear of the furniture. Very disappointing from ..."
