River view, dock, walk to beach!

Folly beach living doesn't get much better than this! Enjoy deep water river front access with a short 5 minute walk to the beach & downtown Folly! This property boasts gorgeous 180 degree views of the Folly river with spectacular sunsets. Whether you want to have a day of fishing off the dock, enjoy a day at the beach, or stroll into town for some shopping & a bite to eat, this centrally located home has it all. This house can easily accommodate 7-8 people for a fun filled vacation!

This property also has an additional bathroom on the underside of the house as well as an outdoor shower. Total square footage of the house is 1,750 sqft. Guests are welcome to use the whole home except for two locked closets. This house is also a short 15 minute drive from historic downtown Charleston if you would like to spend time in the city!

here are also plenty of activities to do while you are on the island. There are paddleboard rentals, surf lessons, kayaking, river tours, umbrella rentals on the beach, fishing, etc. Morris Island is also a great way to spend your time. It is at the end of Folly Island and is a great spot to grab some pictures of our historic lighthouse with great fishing and shell/sharks tooth hunting.

Getting around the island from this property is extremely easy. You will most likely never have to get in your car if you stay on Folly Beach. You can walk to downtown Folly and the beach in 5 minutes or less. There are numerous shops and restaurants within that range. Chico Feo, Taco Boy, Woodys Pizza, Surf Bar, Tides Bar, Oyster Shack, The Washout Grill, and Ritas are all great places to grab some lunch or dinner. The Lost Dog is also a must try for breakfast!
