  • Bienvenido a South Shore en Folly Beach! Esta impresionante casa frente al mar de 4 habitaciones y 2 baños se ha remodelado por completo y está lista para hacer realidad sus sueños de vacaciones. Hay mucha arena en todo momento para construir castillos de arena y dar largos paseos en busca de conchas. Los propietarios no han escatimado gastos para convertir esta casa de campo de Folly Beach en un alquiler de alta gama creado para crear recuerdos de por vida en Folly Beach.

    Al ingresar a la casa, le encantará el plano de planta abierto con vista al mar desde la cocina y el área de estar. La cocina tiene un hermoso granito con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y cocina de gas gourmet. La cocina está completamente equipada con todos los elementos necesarios para cocinar comidas familiares. Separar la cocina de la sala de estar es una mesa de comedor estilo granja con asientos de banco para permitir que toda la familia disfrute de las comidas juntas. El área de estar cuenta con TV de pantalla plana grande, sofás nuevos (uno de ellos es un sofá cama) y fantásticas vistas al océano a través de las puertas corredizas de vidrio.

    La casa incluye 4 habitaciones, todas con ropa de cama nueva y TV de pantalla plana. Tres de las cuatro habitaciones tienen camas queen con construido en la cómoda en el marco de la cama. La habitación de la cama final es perfecta para los niños con dos literas que abarcan un total de 4 camas individuales. Las literas están diseñadas para niños y no son adecuadas para adultos grandes. Dos baños Jack-n-Jill a cada lado de la propiedad tienen combo de ducha / bañera, inodoro y tocador.

    Al salir de las puertas corredizas de vidrio frente al mar, el porche cubierto con comedor es perfecto para tomar un café por la mañana o disfrutar de una comida mientras escucha las olas del océano. El porche continúa fuera de la sección filtrada y tiene sillones que crean un gran lugar para tomar el sol o simplemente relajarse bajo las estrellas. Nuevo paseo marítimo privado desde la terraza hasta la playa. Situada en el extremo este de la isla, la playa raramente está abarrotada y ofrece la oportunidad de ver delfines en las olas y mucho espacio para cazar conchas. La ducha al aire libre debajo de la casa y a lo largo del paseo marítimo son ideales para enjuagar después de un largo día bajo el sol.

    El hogar es estrictamente para no fumadores y no admite mascotas. El hogar cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos modernos que cabe esperar, como lavadora / secadora, lavavajillas y WiFi de alta velocidad. We greatly enjoyed our 5 nights. The house is at the quiet end of the island. The sound of the waves, watching the sunrise, and walking the beach was heavenly. The four of us each had a bedroom and we appreciated the two bathrooms. The house has everything needed for a great stay.

The kitchen had all the pots, pans and utensils and gadgets that we needed. We could hear the ocean from our bedroom which was on the ocean side. We enjoyed our stay very much.

It was a nice place right on the beach, perfect for our needs. Having the screened in outdoor porch area with a dining table was great. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment.For a place on the beach, it would be nice to include basics like beach towels. Also could have included coffee filters, and more than 3 or 4 trash bags etc.

Location, location

Amazing sunrises from the deck! We enjoyed 2 weeks of relaxation, reading and fabulous fish from Crosby! Look forward to another stay in the future.

A birthday get away

What a wonderful stay in January for my notary! It was pet friendly so our girl could be with us! The house was very clean, easy check in, right on the beach, had everything we needed. It was just my husband and our dog, but had plenty of room for family or grounds to come to.

The house was clean and the views were amazing. There was even a water and food bowls waiting for our dog when we arrived. As nice as the house was we noted the screened in porch was in need of refreshing due to sea air. Also the outside hose where we rinsed our feet after being on the beach needed a new nozzle. We worked with Darby from the management group re needing an additional night at Folly Beach. Darby did an incredible job of finding us just the right place to stay. Thank you for the excellent customer service, Darby.

Beautiful sunrises

Nice quiet location with beautiful views of the beach. Could comfortably sleep 6 adults and 4 children but living areas would be a little tight. Had everything you would need but gas grill has seen better days, clean but so rusty couldn’t turn some of the knobs. Definitely would stay there again

Excellent beach-side bungalow

The house was perfect. clean, modern, and a great outdoor space with direct access to the beach. Who could ask for more? Short ride into Charleston for fine dining in the evening. Wonderful stay - will book again!!

Folly Beach Getaway

It was wonderful being right on the beach. We enjoyed having a screen porch to have lunch on. The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Some new railings on the screened porch and deck are needed. It was wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay and truly enjoyed our vacation. The location is perfect, the house was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of bath towels, and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The grill worked great.The hosts were very kind and communicative, and we really appreciated the early check-in. The credit provided was a nice bonus and allowed us to rent bicycles, which made our stay even more enjoyable.Just a couple of small things to keep in mind: there are bath towels but no beach towels (not an issue for us since we stayed in winter), and a few items like the beach chairs, outdoor hose, and living room sofa could benefit from some updates to make the experience even better.Overall, it was a very nice stay and we would definitely recommend it.

Amazing ocean view

We loved being able to see so much of the ocean out the back windows. It was almost as if it was an extension of the living room. The screened porch, the large deck, and the convenience to the beach made this such a wonderful property to enjoy with our friends and family.

Perfect getaway for our family of 6

We had an amazing time. The property is exactly as pictured. We had a family of six + two grandparents and it was perfect for us. With two children under 5, it was so easy to take them back up to the house while the rest of our group stayed on the beach. The beach was amazing. Quiet and beautiful. We went into town for dinner a few nights, and spent a day in Charleston. So thankful for the location and affordable price.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house, there was room for 8 of us without a problem and 2 bunks too spare. Great location and the beach was not busy at all. The only reason for the 4 stars is because that there is a large bush at the end of the driveway that obscures oncoimg traffic and is actually dangerous trying to pull out due to the fact that the nose of the vechile is in traffic before you can see any oncoimng cars and forget about backing out unless you have a person waving you an "all clear" before backing out.

Fantastic Folly Beach Getaway

This house was perfect for our stay! The location right on the beach was absolutely amazing! We spent all our time on the beach, on the deck or on the porch. House is well kept and had everything we needed. We would absolutely recommend this place! The center of Folly Beach where the restaurants are is about 3 miles away. It is a cute little town with some cool restaurants and bars. The house itself has a great set up with 4 bedrooms, one of which is a bunk room for the kids. The deck out back seemed fairly new and the kitchen was very nice and updated. Our family had such an amazing time here and we didn’t want to leave!

Kept up to date

House appears freshly painted, bathrooms are nice, bunk beds are cool. All TVs are smart TVs. Gas stove speeds up the cooking. Screen porch has new furniture and the screens are in good shape. Long driveway is nice for multiple vehicles.

Great location

This house is clean, cheerful and beachy, and very much as pictured and described. We loved the location and the credit that allowed us to rent bikes. Communication with Carolina One was very smooth. We had an enjoyable two-week stay.Two reasons for subtracting a star: first, the gas grill is filthy and rusted and needs to be replaced. The lighting in the grill area is inadequate. One reason we rented a house was to avoid eating every meal out, so the poor quality of the grill was a big deal.The other disappointing thing is that there is no good place to read. The overhead lights don’t have dimmers, and there are not enough reading lamps in the right places. These would be easy things to address.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed a relaxing beach vacay! The beach was beautiful and seemed private! We enjoyed the ability to walk right out of the house to the ocean and not have to fight a crowd or “pick a spot” since this need of the island is less crowded! The kids enjoyed being able to run along the shore and jump the waves! We could not have been any happier!

Best last minute escape!

We do 2 beach trips per year, every year. This year we decided at the last minute to do a 3rd, for spring break with our kids (and kept our group size to just the 4 of us). We didn't book way in advance and at one of the big, have all the bells and whistles, kind of house like we normally do, as we decided we'd keep it simple and small. Let me tell you, this was one of the nicest houses we have stayed at in the nearly 20 years we've been doing this. The thoughtfulness of the smallest of touches did not go unnoticed. The care, cleanliness, comfort and overly stocked with amenities experience that we had was amazing. We truly appreciated the stay and how at home we felt. The beach access was amazing and the surrounding area gave us a ton to do. We must have commented a dozen times among ourselves how we couldn't believe all the things the house was stocked with and had to offer. We definitely overpacked, based on our previous experiences. What a fantastic experience for guests. We loved the house and especially the screened in porch. It all was amazing. We will be back for sure.

Weekend Escape!

This cute 4 bedroom house was perfect for our long weekend escape with family and friends. Nothing beats being steps away from the sand and water. The view was spectacular and our stay was relaxing. I would definitely come back!

Nice House

House was nice. Loved the open kitchen/dining/living room area, and screened porch. Mattress was too soft in rear bedroom and tended to sag in the middle.
