Condominium building with lift and reserved parking space, located in the renowned Senzuno district a few meters from the sea.
The neighborhood is well served: you will have easy access to a supermarket, pastry shop, bars, pizzerias and typical restaurants. The sea can be reached in a few minutes and you can choose between a free beach or bathing establishments.
The center can be reached by walking to the Carducci seafront, which will lead you both to Viale Italia, a long pedestrian street, and to the central Via Roma, the shopping street.

Melograno is a brand new and delightful apartment on the sixth floor with lift.
Upon entering you will be greeted by a modern living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, from which you can access the terrace with a splendid view of the hills, a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. All rooms are air conditioned ensuring an always pleasant temperature during your stay.
In the condominium courtyard you will find an exclusive parking space.
Linen is not provided, only on specific request.
We do not rent to groups of young people.
