"Our stay at this property was exceptional. We had a tornado warning with strong winds and rains. A tree went down into a neighbors property. The owners were professional and diligent cleaning it up. They communicated the issue and rectified it within hours. All our needs were met from a rental aspect. Little courtesies we’re extended like shampoo and conditioner. Every and I mean every need we could have had was met(fully furnished rooms down to nightlights were provided for, silverware to board...

"It was an amazing place to stay. Plenty of room for our big family. Very close to Mississippi River and amazing paddle boards to use. "

"My family of four (two boys 9 and 7) spent Monday-Friday and had a great time. The home is bigger than the photos make it seem - the bedrooms are large and the living space is plenty for 4-6 people. The home was very clean, the hosts were extremely responsive, and they have every water toy you could possibly imagine. Highly recommended the farmers market on Wednesdays as well as the ice cream shop (The Frozen Spoon). We would definitely stay again! "

"Overall it was a great experience! Nice and quiet with a lot of wildlife to look at and enjoy. The fishing was good and just sitting on the deck enjoying the lake was phenomenal.The cabin does have Wi-Fi, DirecTV and Air conditioning. Nice grassy lot for the dog to run around in as well. Very well taken care of and very clean. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent again. "

"This was a perfect cabin for our family! Our pre-teen/teen boys loved the lake, access to the boats, yard games, and having their own little space in the boat house. It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The owners definitely went the extra mile. Also only a quick 15 minutes to St.Cloud was a plus. The neighbors were also very friendly, which you don’t always find at a vacation rental. We will be back! "

"What a wonderful property for an extended stay with family. To easy check-in the property had things for all ages. Kitchen great size for several to be in at once. Nice space on main level to lounge and see the lake. The upstairs theater was a plus for family movie night. Enjoyed lake swimming, trampoline and the shallow water for littles. Fishing was good. We can’t wait to return next year!"

"Amazing long weekend at Julia Lake. The cabin is just as described and the hosts are fantastic. We enjoyed coffee on the dock, kayaking, bonfires, and exploring the surrounding area. Pam and Leigh were friendly, helpful and gave great advice as to where to get a good meal, and glass of wine. We will definitely be staying at this cute and cozy cabin again and recommending others to as well."

"My family and I had an amazing weekend. There was plenty of space for 5 adults and 2 kids. Very clean and organized. My kids loved all the kids toys and inflatable water tubes/paddle boards already there which made packing that much easier. We also loved that we could dock our own boat right on the lake so we could take it out anytime we wanted. The water closer to shore was weedy and a bit mucky but got better further out so we could float and swim out there. Host was very responsive and so...

"Very nice, comfortable, spacious for our group. Should have a system of checking out kitchen supplies, silverware, bowls and check condition of cutting boards and cake pans and cooking sheets. Things get used a lot from all the visitors, but should always have enough supplies to meet the group. Such as 15 forks, spoons,etc. Time to check out the grill and replace. We did enjoy our visit and a few miner tweaks will make it perfect!"

"This is a cozy, older duplex, centrally located.We stayed here for six days for a family wedding. The host was very cooperative and the house had everything we needed."
